First no customer greeting. The employees just stare at you. I got the vibe that they didn’t want us in the dining room. The dining room was very clean. Ordered the food and waited. I advise you to check orders. Food was not made correctly. Will I go back, nope.

Best Taco Bell food I have had in a long time! It was around midnight so I wasn’t expecting the food to be so good from experiences in my hometown. We had just gotten settled in our motel room & wanted something to eat & this Taco Bell was open & close to us. My husband went & was back fairly quickly. The food was perfect & the sweet tea was delicious!! We will be eating at this Taco Bell a lot when we are in Goose Creek from now on!

If you are expecting a dine-in experience, STOP. This restaurant and many near it are drive-thru only. It is pretty sad that these franchises can’t find workers or the ones they have are not willing to work. Many of us do not have drive-thru friendly vehicles. We are allowed to deliver your goods and build things for you, but we aren’t allowed to eat at your restaurants. If we are allowed it is only with a demeaning time of standing in the car line, like we are begging for a handout.

Went to this location twice to make sure our issues were not a one time occurrence. Rude drive thru employees with zero patience. Had breakfast one time and dinner the next and both times the food was not good. Hashbrowns were overcooked and extremely greasy. We purposely avoid this Taco Bell and drive down the road where the employees are polite and the food quality is much better.

I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. The bag was so wet from the grease it ripped & the bottom fell out. Dripping grease covered everything. I’m guessing the “hamburger ” meat but I’m disgusted & have contacted corporate/ area managers. They should be fired for serving something that disgusting. Worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food place & that says a lot. I have pictures and will try and ruin them for that and I’m not a complainer but I’m so upset,disappointed,disgusted and hungry because I had to throw it away. On top of all that they didn’t even get the order right. Smh, worthless, pathetic, waste of space people.

Spent about 30 minutes in the drive through here. I had to go through twice because the first time, I was given the wrong order. The second time I got to the window, I gave them back the bag they gave me, and my receipt to let them know what I was supposed to have. Even with that, I was again given the wrong order a second time. Ended up leaving without what I paid for because I didn’t want to go through the line a third time. I’d advise anyone reading this to go somewhere else, or find a different taco bell if you have to have it.

Store was supposed to open at 08, but I was still sitting at the speaker waiting for someone to take my order at 0810 and nobody had even acknowledged my existence. This may be due in part to the fact that I only started seeing employees show up around 2 minutes after they were supposed to open. Picture is the delicious breakfast I got from the Sonic down the road when I got sick of waiting. Your employees are costing you business Taco Bell.

I can’t believe how terrible this location is. I ordered food through the app, which is supposed to completely bypass the wait time. I arrived and within 4 minutes the app told me the order was ready. So tell me WHY it took a whole HOUR to receive my food, and when I finally got the bag I was missing three items which I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix their mistake? People who ordered within the store after me got their food before me so clearly the employees are not checking the app orders or just don’t care one bit. You can’t even cancel in-app orders after placing them. All the food given to me was drenched, soggy and downright disgusting. It’s like they dumped each item in a bucket of water before wrapping it up. I get that this is fast food and not high quality at all, but come on. The people who work here aren’t even cooking the food or doing much, so you think following simple directions from an app wouldn’t take an hour, but I guess I’m expecting too much out of people nowadays.

Not even sure how this place is open. Rude customer service. This girl with a point crown on arm rude as all get out. Lets see. We waited 20 minutes just to order food, then had to wait another 20 something in drive thru just to wait on food to cook. We got our drinks- Mountain Dew. Tried to tell the girl with the 3 point star tat on her arm that the drinks didnt even taste like Mountain Dew, she just shut the window door in our face and walked away. Half the time of coming here since its so close to where we live and simple- never know if place is open or what youre gonna get. It kinda strange- the food is decent but the service is the worst. Is the management the same way? Does Taco Bell just not care?
