Everytime I come to this location I am
Missing something every single time. I was whatever about it at first but it doesn’t stop. Today they forgot the cinnamon twist and I went back around and ask them to correct that. Also, I got my tacos and both of them barely came with chicken. I was okay with one of them, but the other had two tiny pieces on it. I asked if they could fix it. The girl at the window took it and asked me what I needed it fixed for. I’ll just let the photos speak for itself.

Very dirty behind counter food and garbage on the floor! Waiting for a pickup order they brought it out put it on rack walked away instead of asking if someone was waiting for it! Several people came in but no one came to counter to ask if they needed help! Obviously no shift manager on duty and if there was shame on them

went through the drive thru, ordered 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 large nachos fries. They tired to discourage me from getting nachos fries by giving me a long wait time (10-15 minutes) I said I would wait. My order came out to be $27.80, when I got to the window I gave them $50.90. Took a few minutes and they came back saying they couldn’t take my $50 because my order wasn’t at least $30. Which is absolutely insane because when I did the math I would’ve only gotten $22.14 in change so I don’t understand the problem with that, do they not have $22.14 in the register to give me my change? Long story short I didn’t get my food, they refused to take my money cause I didn’t spend enough. Honestly I think it’s because they didn’t wanna make my nachos fries. Girl at the register was very very rude and the manager wasn’t any better, steer clear from this restaurant!! Seems like none of those people wanna be there or work there. VERY DISRESPECTFUL

Check your food and orders before you even leave the restaurant or window!!!! Taco shells cracked broken, not even enough meat inside, ordered Cinnabon donuts got churro sticks instead. Paid for a grilled burrito paid extra to add red sauce and potataoes. It had none of those ingredients added. Never have refrescas. Also was missing half of my order because their sticker machine that prints out the orders wasn’t working properly so I wasn’t able to get the other half of my order because their printer didn’t print it out. Quesadillas aren’t fully melted.

am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my experience at your location today.
I placed a mobile order for a large fry and arrived approximately 20 minutes later to pick it up. Despite this, I waited an additional 30 minutes in the store for a simple order, while other customers were receiving their food without issue.
During my wait, I observed several employees standing around talking and laughing instead of focusing on customer service. Additionally, an individual who was not clocked in and appeared to be off duty entered the back area in regular clothing and joined in conversation with the manager and staff.
After waiting for an extended period, I asked to speak with a manager. I was informed that the manager who goes by the name “E” responded by loudly cursing and stating that there were other managers available instead of coming to address my concern directly. He never acknowledged me or asked what assistance I needed. I found this behavior extremely unprofessional and inappropriate, especially in a customer-facing environment.
There is no excuse for a 30-minute wait for a large fry, particularly when staff members appear disengaged. More importantly, a manager should set the standard for professionalism, not contribute to a negative atmosphere by cursing at employees and avoiding customers.
Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. I believe this situation warrants attention, as customer service and management conduct clearly need improvement.

There was an error with my wife’s order, and unfortunately, the resolution process was disappointing. I waited at the counter for over five minutes before being acknowledged. Ultimately, it required the assistance of two different staff members to rectify the mistake.

Disgusting lobby , my wife wiped the tables with a baby wipe and it turned black. Filthy lobby, employees dont greet anyone. The floors dirty and seats tables everything is gross. Don’t be lazy and learn to clean properly, sanitize and make the place welcoming. We walked out and warned others about the conditions. With a place this dirty the food has to be contaminated. What are you feeding to your customers. This is a major health concern. Not a good way to Operate a business.

This is the Taco Bell closes to home, but as of lately the quality of food and service hasn’t been great. Everytime I order a chicken taco, the cabbage is missing.

Today we are missing an item from our order. And finally I got the cabbage on the chicken taco, but this is also how the chicken taco looks. Doesn’t fill the wrap at all.

The one thing this Taco Bell is consistent in, is consistently missing items in your order. On top of that, when you report it to TB online (when you order online) they only “credit” your account for less than the value of the item(s) you’re missing. Ridiculous
