Not sure what’s going on with this location, little mistakes here or there when they first opened were to be expected, but it’s been long enough now for them to have gotten the hang of things. We stop by this location 2 days ago and I was unable to upgrade my drink to a large because they didn’t have any large cups. Today I picked up a mobile order and was promptly informed that they didn’t have any tea, or hard taco shells. I allowed them to substitute soft instead and got a Pepsi zero. When I got home I was pleased with how well put together the food was as it has been quite sloppy from this location before, and the toppings were not skimped on. However, the meat was cold as if it had not been heated up yet. The potatoes were also very cold, and the texture was similar to if they had been cooked several hours ago and or yesterday and then reheated and left to get cold before served. And… The sauce selected on the mobile order was missing. These types of issues don’t bode well given you can drive a couple miles into Red Bank to another, well seasoned location, especially when there is never ever more than one person in line so it isn’t bc they are slammed. Can’t really fathom a good excuse here.

Took 20 minutes for food. Girl behing the counter couldn’t stop chewing here nails long enough to answer my husband when he asked where our food was after waiting 10 minutes. Manager hears it cause old “chewer” is still just chomping away at her nails. Asks the cook behind the counter does he know he has an order. No one has still answered my husband. So he’s just standing waiting. They finally get us the food and the potatoes in the taco are completely rock hard. No apology or reason why it took 20 minutes since it was completely empty when we got there .

When I walked in, 1 person at each of the 2 menu boards. They had no clue how to use them, then it keeps pushing you to get extra stuff, making the wait painful. I waited well over 5 minutes. That doesn’t sound like a long time, but my order only took less than a minute. I have seen many people walk out when no one would take their order. If I walk in and a couple of people are waiting to use them, I leave. You might save a dollar by not having a cashier, but you are losing that or more in lost customers. And if you are paying with cash, you have to use the self serve order, then wait for a person to take the money. Double waste of time.

It was the worst Taco Bell experience. Several orders before ours had food left out, so I was sure to check ours. My daughter’s whole meal was left out (3 supreme tacos) and my husband’s chips. They gave me the food with no apology and with an attitude (I think it was at least directed at the line worker and not me). The food was made sloppily and my daughter found a hair in hers (long and gray). We did not notify them, just threw it away. The bathrooms were both disgusting (at least the hand sanitizer wasn’t out). Also, during our visit, a door dasher came in and had to wait on his pick up with a mistake, AND two ladies came in after that with some type of mistake. As a previous food service manager, I know this was not handled properly and just want others to know, Lexington Taco Bell is not where it’s at.

Love love love the food. However the girl with short hair at the window was very rude and too busy on her phone to speak when I was very friendly. I will stick to the other locations from now on. the guy that cooked my food actually handed it to me since she didn’t feel like it. He was very sweet so we will do 3 stars.

Best Taco bell by far. Tortillas are actually grilled a bit, beans are hot and when you say no lettuce or Tomatoes they actually do it. Highly recommend a raise for the staff.

Started visiting this location shortly after they opened since it is on my way home. Hands down this location is the most consistent with good quality of food and friendliness of service of any fast food stops I frequent. Keep doing what you have been, the crew and those managing are exemplary.

This location is completely hit or miss. I have ordered online and even though my order is ready I have to sit in the drive thru line for 20 minutes because they have locked the lobby door. Half the time my chipotle chicken burritos don’t even have chicken in them. I guess it just depends on who is working.

I got dinner from this establishment last night. They were out of alot of the fountain drinks so I asked for a sweet tea. The tea was sour and I could smell the mold!!! I will never eat from there ever!! Beware!!!!!

It’s my first time going to that taco bell. Went in drive thru. Asked for 3 Breafast Burrito Deluxe Boxes and they said they had to put it all in a bag. 3 diroto tacos, 3 chalupas, and 3 breakfast burritos were supposed to be in the order. Told me that’s everything. They can’t count as they missed 2 more burritos. I hate having to make sure they don’t mess up my order. There were only 3 cars in the drive thru. So I let my younger brother have the one breakfast burrito box meal, while me and my middle brother have 2 tacos and 2 chalupas. Got cheaper out on a $27 order. First the app mess up, now a drive thru miss count.
