Church’s has EXCELLENT chicken cooking process. Like McDonalds fries, I can always count on the taste/quality to be great.
BUT, this location needs a rework. Staff is not RUDE, but they are FAR from friendly. Since they almost always get the order wrong, I now check my bags before I leave which visibly annoys them and the times that corrections are needed, they quietly speak among themselves and THEN they correct orders

I’m going to go ahead and give it a four stars but the only thing is that they hardly have the spicy chicken available so that’s a sad thing other than that great service. Call in advance to find out if they have spicy chicken available.

0 stars. Spent 5 minutes in the drive thru with no answer. Assumed mic was broken. Went to window where I was further ignored for about 10 minutes. I decided to park and order inside. Shift manager Silvia takes about 10 minutes with client ahead of me. She cannot figure out where the menu items are on the POS. When client in front of me finally pays, Silvia does not take my order. She goes to the back to do something else. I decided to get mcdonalds instead because if not I’d probably still be waiting for them to take my order.

Tried calling for over an hour. Never answered, just busy. Drove the 12 miles only to find they do not sell the advertised family deal for $20. Bait and switch to a more expensive item or one with less pieces. Definitely will not return.
