We love this Taco Bell, but it seems they are steadily on the decline. I always look forward to coming to this particular location due to the excellent customer service and the fact my order is usually on point. However, this time we had to wait at the window after we paid for about ten minutes while answering questions about what our order was. Part of my order was a soft taco with no lettuce and they verified that when they had to ask us again what we ordered and after receiving our food there was still lettuce on my taco. No bueno Taco Bell.

they’ll mess your order up 10/10 every time. also charge you for things you won’t receive. won’t get ahold of anybody and definitely won’t get your money back, just more still frozen food, that’ll also come out made wrong. this place is a joke of an establishment also in the time it takes for food to come out here, you could drive to the morehead city taco bell and back.
