So Taco Bell is Taco Bell….but this one is great! It was clean and the employees are very polite and quick to help you. I have been in other taco bells, in larger cities(Charleston SC where i just moved from) and those Taco Bells were absolutely dreadful. They stunk like mildew and were always slow, i mean 30+ mins for a simple order. Not this place. I appreciate that yall have a clean and well ran store. With a 96.6 food rating too that they proudly display right out front. Great work yall!!! Ill be back for that chicken bowl again, thats a fact!

Pepsi machine mix was bad. Undrinkable. No syrup. Other customers couldn’t drink it either. No one would fix. At $3+ a drink, it starts to be a big deal.

My experience today at Taco Bell was honestly disappointing. On other occasions, I would say that this location would get 3-4 stars on average.
The employees seemed busy and just pretty dreary this afternoon, even though the restaurant was completely empty when I walked in, and there weren’t seemingly mobile orders. I completed my order on the kiosk, which was somewhat difficult to navigate. It also would not print a physical receipt, which I would have wanted. It took a lot longer than just ordering from a register. I asked for an ice cup to go along with my order, I couldn’t get one at the kiosk, and the person behind the counter seemed kinda confused, but did give me one. I also, after waiting a bit for my order, had tried to ask for a bag to put it in, because it was fairly large. When I looked up after I had started to speak, the person was no longer there. I had then waited for the bag to take the larger order out of the store. I felt as that experience was dismissive in a sense.
The food was moreso lackluster than usual today. I picked up an order for a small group, so multipule people weren’t necessarily satisfied with their orders. Notibly, the toastadas included in both the Crunchwrap and Mexican Pizza we’re sorta stale to begin with, but also got soggy pretty quickly. My lettuce and tomatoes were pretty good though. I had also gotten a Dirty Baja Blast, which was good, but it seemed to just be made with haste, as it was not mixed together at all.
The restaurant itself was kept up, it was very clean, and the restroom was clean as well. Nothing was really messy, and there was access to condiments that were fully stocked and such.
Some of these things were smaller critiques, but there were a bunch that filled the experience. The rating is mostly focused on the service and food quality.
I would still go back again, it was perhaps an off day for the restaurant. However, if it were to be disappointing again, I most likely won’t return in the future.

I love taco bell but they either always forget to give me something or always forget to remove the tomatos I dont want I love their service restaurant and staff are clean and fast this gets a solid 4 from me

Ashley is not telling the correct information! The assistant manager was there to verify that she was wrong! The food was NOT ready and cameras DON’T lie! No investigation will happen! Sorry for your loss! Maybe next time listen to the manager and none of this would have happened. Taco Bell has great food and great staff! Lots of door dashers love us! Kudos to that manager! Time to move on and accept what has happened!

Alyssa is an awful employee with a constant attitude every time I come here and im getting tired of her coworkers having to apologize for her constant anger. Next time im berated sitting at the window i will be coming in to speak to her manager personally. This has happened multiple times. That girl has got to go!
