The only reason I’m leaving a review is for the very friendly and courteous man that took our order today. We drove up from Georgia and this was the ONLY place we walked into where someone smiled and welcomed us. His name is Brandon, we need more Brandon’s in the world, and Taco Bell needs to promote this guy ASAP.

This is an extremely unprofessional and disorganized location. Alot of younger staff/high school kids. They do not know their own menu, they change the rules according to their moods, they forget to turn the drive thru mic off before they talk very disrespectfully about customers and lack customer service skills. This store is in desperate need of a reform. If you ask a question, they will smack their lips and say rude things and walk off. Not on 1 occasion but almost every visit but I am officially no longer a customer at this location.

The male cashier was having a long discussion with the customer ahead of me about sports. I was thinking it was ok to talk to customers, but not hold the line. The cashier was easy too much into sports. He forgot people were waiting in line. Then after me, he got the otder of a customer wrong and got into a heated discussion with one of the employees.
