Let down again by this location on today’s visit. I came in for the Y2K re-release. Both items, the chili cheese burrito and double decker taco as seen from the photos were nowhere close to what they should have been. I remember the chili cheese burrito having the same hand feel of a bean burrito and almost coming out the sides, not like the picture. And the poor double decker taco speaks for itself. Typically this location is good and fast. Not sure what happened here.

I tried to order from 2 other Taco Bell restaurants in the last 6 months. I left without food both times due to the workers attitude & uncleanliness (shockingly bad). This location is great! I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the young man working the counter. He took the time to list the ingredients (when I was unsure which burrito I preferred) & he even offered to make a burrito no longer on the menu! My order was out before I even put the top on my drink.

I came on July 27th at 12:35 in the morning to get Taco Bell after my usual late night activities on Saturday. I always come to this location and usually have a good experience but however I ordered the number 6 combo. I was informed by the person running the window that they were out of the regular chicken and it would take 5-6 minutes wait. I told him that’s no problem I completely understand I will wait patiently for the chicken. He said okay. I pulled up to the window and received my food without any wait. So I pull off thinking the food is correct only to get home and realize I got cantina chicken. Tasted absolutely terrible and ruined my experience. I order this food specifically for the chicken. I unfortunately will not be coming back when employees directly lie to get past making the food. I was very polite and had no problem waiting however long it took. I would write zero stars if I could tastes like what cat food smells like.

i wish i was lying when i said i ordered two large nacho fries and then received such a small amount of fries that both the fries could add up to ONE large nacho fry. ur minimum wage pay does not go based on the quantity of food you give. if yall don’t load up like taco bell ceo wants yall too. just a damn mess. this is why the sun valley store is on top of yall. get ur manager quick, so shameful

We got the double decker Taco supreme. No sauces were given or did they ask if we wanted them I go three guacamole cups each one was only about a teaspoon. What a rip off. Now I know why we haven’t been there in a few years

Workers in here moving at snail speed. They don’t even greet anyone when they come into the door. Seems like a Taco Bell trend. Must be the way they’re trained.

This location leaves items out half the time, but yesterday the items they did give us were half wrapped and thrown in the bag. I worked at a Taco Bell in high school. I know things can get hectic on Friday night, but they appeared decently staffed and the line wasn’t long at all. This was ridiculous.

300pm Dec 12 2025. Typical attitude. Lady with her hide me mask. Picked her nose with her shirt then made food. Then came to the counter and flipped it up there like I owed her. Then she snatched the plastic cup out. I said thank you. She turned around not saying anything. I guess she was mad because she had to come in from outside when I drove up. So typical.
