Second time at a Popeyes in as many locations. Just very unsatisfied. 1st time was a sandwich combo that was really pricey for what I ordered. This time I just got boneless buffalo wings. It was like a dry buffalo powder sprinkled on half the wings. I won’t be trying another Popeyes. Bye bye popeye.

Not sure who started this double cooked chicken trend but it needs to stop! The workers are friendly and efficient, no complains here but management needs a reality check. Idk if people are just making more chicken than they anticipate to sell within a time period so it cooks for a second time in the warmer or if people are just being lazy and do big gigantic batches, so their jobs can be easier at the expense of food quality and a stable customer retention rate. What I do know is one is certain the other isn’t.
I used to get the $11. 99 – 5 piece deal and as always I would get double cooked chicken (Xtra dry)
It always felt like its been left in the warmer for several hours, maybe overnight. I said okay cool I’m getting it at a discount so maybe this is the trade off and I’m just getting “discounted” chicken so fair enough.
Needless to say after spending over $40 on a full blown family meal this weekend, thinking now it’s time to get the ‘premium’ chicken, turns on there is no ‘discount’ or ‘premium’ chicken just garbage management practices (if there even is one) Constantly shoveling dried extra throat skratchy chicken.
It’s crazy cause like what is your neglect? Are the people in management vegetarians? Do they actually try the food they’re serving? Have they ever?
Is it company policy to ensure that it’s 100% free of moisture?
These are genuine questions I’d like to know.
Maybe it’s all an elaborate ploy to serve chicken that literally hurts as you chew, to push you to purchase wings because if that’s the case just say that you don’t have to force us by scamming us whenever we buy your extra double cooked chicken. I don’t need an apology just for the chicken to be cooked. Once. That is all we ask.

Definitely, as always, straws imposing their rich traditional flavor, plus I must also add that they remodeled the entire store.
The cleanliness and the taste were all very good, I would recommend them. One thing is that the price, like everything else, has gone up. It’s a little expensive for 18 pieces of chicken, plus extra fries, $109. But as I always say, everything has gone up, you have to understand the situation.
OUTSIDE OF EVERYTHING I RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU WANT FRIED CHICKEN FAST.

The food (Spicy Chicken Sandwich) here was tasty and very hot, which is good.
I went thru the drive thru and placed my order – I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, sandwich only.
Whoever was taking the order at the time thought this meant no pickles and no condiments. Once we straightened out the potential debacle, I was then asked if I wanted the meal… No, I just want the sandwich. Then she must have felt compelled to ask if I wanted to order anything else.
For future reference, when someone orders something and says that is all they want, that means that is all they want. For me, when I say sandwich only, that means I don’t want to make it a meal and no drink.
Napkins on the other hand are fine and usually helpful.
On a positive note… the food was hot. Also, now you know how you can improve moving forward…

Love love love Popeyes, I go there just about every Saturday. I love thier food and everyone is nice. The food is fresh and it’s warm. Tenders are delicious. Great prices too. I recommend this place to anyone. Thumbs up for me.

2024/11- I don’t know what is going on with this place. The employee at the drive thru with a nasty attitude, We were the only ones in line and the employee was rushing me and even worse, if the food (pictures attached) not visually attractive, it is better for them to say that they do not have the product, because that leads to losing customers. Waist of money in The worst Mac and cheese ever and I don’t want to mention about the chicken.

The manager laurys who is the night manager was eating while servicing customers and ignoring employees ! Also I order a special hot sauce that we have to pay $1 each and I order more than 1 because it was from the hot ones company ! They didn’t say anything gave me my order. I checked my stuff and my hot sauce that I paid for want there. Then I went back and they said oh I’m sorry I told them you have to compensate it for something and they gave me the regular Popeyes hot sauce. I was super mad because they didn’t even tell me about it . I can tell the difference between the atmosphere between morning and night. manager laurys is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met in my life. I was a manger for a food restaurant. The way she speaks to her employees and the way she handled herself was disappointing. You’re eat food in front of customers then ignore your employees while you eat ? Get it together that’s so unsanitary most of all unprofessional. Then you eat your food then touch customers food !!! That’s disgusting I’m so dissappointed and super unsanitary
