I was traveling through the area and super hungry. The employees were very polite. The cashier took her time to welcome me, I had a couple questions about meal options. She took the time to answer my questions with a positive friendly attitude. My food was very good. Decent price, the food order was correct, there were utensils and napkins in my Togo bag along with the condiments I asked for.

The one real advantage LJS’s has is that their fast food is very slightly different from most other folks’ fast food.
It isn’t much of a victory, but it is something.

The last three times I came to Long John silver’s I screwed up my order and they won’t answer the phone so you can’t get a credit or take your food back.
My food is so dark fried it’s un edible.

Drive thru moved along smoothly. Cashier was pleasant and patient. Didn’t receive requested cocktail sauce but plenty tartar vinegar and ketchup. We were also given our drinks after me prompted them to remember our order.
Overall I would visit again with the confidence that the food would be up to par along with customer service.

We love LJS Coleslaw, and tonight we didn’t get any. My LJS in NCH always gets the orders right except for yesterday. We ordered 2 meals with G beans and coleslaw, but we really missed the best part, the CS. I know mistakes happen, and they are always fast and friendly at the window, but the box is tied shut, so I couldn’t check the carryout order before leaving the window.
