It’s Taco bell. Low grade meat served on a hopefully fresh shell. Service was quick. Having to use a kiosk to order is a PITA. Not sure why the 8 people standing around can’t take my order.

I usually don’t do reviews but I ate here a couple weeks ago got a Doritos loco taco and thank god I looked when I poured sauce on it bc it was a roach in the meat. When I took it back inside they were rude asked did I want more food and snatched the old food off the counter as if I was the problem. Pretty sure nobody wants to eat a food with a roach in it. Not going back.

Do not go to this location if you are really hungry because you will literally almost starve to death. The service here is extremely slow. There was no cashier at the front and there were 2 other customers waiting when we arrived. The associates who can see from the back preparation area here will see you enter and will not readily greet you or offer assistance. The food and atmosphere is mediocre, but the service is to be desired. No thanks, I’ll go to another taco related restaurant.

Excellent service until the past two times. First was bad but not noteworthy; Second was the worst experience I’ve had at any restaurant. The blonde ponytail guy was extremely disrespectful to myself and more importantly my mother who is hearing disabled. The franchisee (or perhaps owner) is a fantastic character so it’s a shame, but I will never return to this location due to this laborer (again, ownership is very nice and helpful) that has spoiled the experience. To Davis Lake location henceforth.

This is the WORST place on the planet. No customer service. Was here today and my presence was not even acknowledged. The guy behind the counter simply pointed at the kiosk. No words. Then I waited 20 minutes because they were “busy”. No one in the store and one car in drive through. Not sure how…but got my food and it was cold. How does that even happen when you are the only one in the place? While waiting watched a couple come in a get the same treatment. They wanted to just buy a drink at the register…yea…scratch that idea. Guybehind the counter refused to make eye contact even with them saying EXCUSE ME!

Gah… I’ve always hated this location. The customer service is probably the worst you’ll get in Huntersville. So I always just stayed away. But a few months ago I drove up and there was a pleasant voice over the intercom. Super nice, very helpful. I come to the window and notice a different person. Long story short, she was a “fixer” or something. She mentioned she was there to get the location under control and on the right track. Such a great experience when she was there. Made me a fan of Taco Bell again.
