Neighbor placed a nearly $100 order for my birthday, went inside to pick up, no order to be found. One guy tried super hard to help us while also still working, his coworkers put forth zero effort and were in his words “scattered”. Redid order, left an hour later than previously planned, bag was missing two burritos and taco shells were severely cracked. Last time we were here, they couldn’t take drive thru orders unless placed online. This is a treat for us since we rarely eat fast food and so this has been really disappointing.

We placed a pretty large order. They forgot our churros when I asked them for it i got bug attitude. My quessadilla wasn’t cut the steak burrito I ordered was ground beef they were out if ice. I got a soft taco that was just cold cheese no meat no veggies just a large dollop of cheese

I love coming to this taco bell! The experience is always amazing! Shoutout to Wendy! I had a big order and she took the time to organize everything so it wouldn’t be all mixed around for when I got home! She’s one of the only reason’s I come to this taco bell! Wendy is the best!

Not very busy at 12:58pm. Ordered a Luxe Box and it took 12 minutes to receive. The people making the food work in SLOW motion. I would have been better off getting my food in the drive thru, parking and eating inside than ordering inside for dine in.

This is THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am a huge fan of Taco Bell, but I’m not sure how this place survives. Let’s start with yesterday. I ordered (for the first time) through the mobile app and submitted at 11:07 am. My friend ordered 11:20ish am online as well. We get there at 11:35am. He has to wait 5 mins (after getting past the order taking screen) for his order, I wait 5 mins more after him for mine. That’s almost a 40 minute turn around on a mobile order for me. Also, we were the only ones on the line. Even if you were to say “its because they are making it fresh when you arrive at the screen” tell me how 2 orders take 10 minutes with basically an empty parking lot. Day 2: Friend orders at 11:20 am, I dont see the point so I dont. We arrive there, there’s a line of about 7 cars. So me, that friend, and another friend go into the lobby hoping maybe it’ll be faster. All 3 of us stand there for about 10 minutes without any greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” not even a glance our way. We also noticed as we get in the place is as quiet as a library – something we’ve never seen in a fast food restaurant and the workers are moving at a snails pace despite their long drive through line. There is absolutely no sense of urgency and absolutely not customer service. After that 10 minutes of quiet, I give up and get back on the drive through, I leave at 11:55am. My friend who ordered online at 11:20am stayed in the lobby with the other friend up til 12pm for his order. He says he’s never coming back there adamantly and I completely agree. I love Taco Bell, but I have a 45 minute break and the wait times, lack of customer service, and lack of urgency makes this team an absolute joke. I will not be coming back here as they seem to not give a damn if they make any money, let alone about their customers and their time constraints. Also, tell me what is the point of mobile order if it takes sit-down diner level times to get it once you arrive. This place badly needs better management and maybe better workers. Insane.

Store seems completely closed? Had a puppy class at zoom room right next door and wanted to stop for some breakfast for myself. It is 10am now. Both doors are locked and nobody answering drive through. Don’t see anyone inside, employee or otherwise.

Twice now I have been told through the drive thru speaker that “it’ll take 20 minutes to complete you order” followed by them leaving the speaker before I could even get a word out of my mouth. They don’t even give you a chance to say you have a mobile order (which I had placed about 20 minutes prior to even getting to the location). One of the guys in there was just short and snappy and repeated the line again, ready to cut the speaker off when I tried to communicate that as if it’s not rude to cut someone off who’s just trying work with them and not against. I can understand if there’s short staff but being outwardly rude is wild.

Ordering from inside will take forever, they have no one working up front and you will see 5-6 cars get serviced in the drive through lane with much larger orders before your food comes out. They also regularly get orders wrong and are out of ingredients. If you’re going to go there avoid going inside or you will be waiting forever.

Friday night rush with a line in the drive through, line inside, and employees are moving at a snails pace and playing around instead of showing any urgency. Thought this was FAST food? I could go to a sit down actual Mexican restaurant, get better food and service for what they’re charging. Taco Bell’s days may be numbered if they can’t get back to focusing on their customers

I was one of 9 people that I saw in the restaurant. It took 35 minutes to get the food. I will never return. Of all the fast food places, how is Taco Bell slower than eating at 5 guys.
