Customer service is awful. Couple in front of us went to the cashier, ordered, got their food quite quickly. I ordered at the menu board, couldn’t find the 7 layer nacho fries. Finished the order then went to ask about the fries.
As we walked to the board the gentleman behind the counter walked off and ignored the guy behind the first couple. So he left. We waited about 5 minutes to be acknowledged.
They send a guy to the front that told us that they couldn’t make the 7 layer nacho fries because it’s “false advertising” only words he seemed to know. It’s on their mobile order board, they have everything the make it, but it’s “false advertising”
Go to the one on Tarboro Street. They had everything to make the 7 layer nacho fries and had no problem making it.

On 5/05/18 my husband got a take out 12 pack of crunchy tacos. By the time he got home and we unwrapped the 1st one, the bottom of the taco was so wet the meat fell out across the entire bottom – same for the rest of them too. The store is 7.2 miles from our house, and we ate immediately upon his arrival home. I went online and sent an email (thru the Contact Us form on the Taco Bell website) to which I never received a reply. Waited a week or so and called the store. The manager told me (direct quote) that “After I wrap them I have no idea how long it takes for them to get soggy, whether it’s five minutes or ten minutes or whatever. I will tell you that I don’t recommend you wait to eat them.”
HELLO, WHY ARE YOU SELLING THEM TO GO IN THE DRIVE THRU??? If the product is going to be substandard by the time someone gets it home, they should be sold as a dine in product only. Of course, we could park in the parking lot and cram 6 tacos apiece in our mouths all at once so as not to wait.
Got the store email address from the manager and sent the attached pic of one of the tacos and one of the receipt – email never acknowledged.

Store isnt great, pass it imo. The ingredients were all in ine large clump at the base so tons of tortea with nothing in it, and the cutting is terrible.

The customer service here is good. I always come thru the drive thru. Never had a bad experience & even the 1 time by order was wrong..the lady was nice about it. My food is always hot as well. I’d recommend stopping by.

I’ve given this Taco Bell location two chances, and both times they’ve completely messed up my order. The first time, I thought maybe it was just a bad day, so I went back the very next day to give them another shot. Guess what? They screwed it up AGAIN. Back-to-back visits, back-to-back mistakes. It’s like they’re actively trying to get it wrong.
The workers clearly don’t know how to do their jobs or take a basic order without screwing it up. How hard is it to get a taco or burrito right? Apparently, it’s rocket science for these people. Either they don’t care, don’t listen, or just don’t know what they’re doing. Either way, it’s unacceptable.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This location is a complete disappointment and a waste of time and money. I’m done giving them chances.

The service at this place is outstanding. I had already left the restaurant and was about to pull out onto the road when I saw a Taco Bell employee sprinting towards my car at full speed. Baja blast in hand, he approached my window to hand it to me along with the straws they had forgotten to put in my bag. I had not ordered an additional Baja blast but he wanted to give it to me out of the kindness of his heart. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Service was quick, my food was hot, I ordered a chicken quesadilla — it was really soft/soggy but the taste was good. I really only stopped there out of convenience, it’s not a place I would make a trip for intentionally.
