I always get hair on my donuts there’s been flies and yesterday when I went I seen gnats on the donuts l’ve spoken with manager before about the hair on my donuts but was very rude about it I definitely won’t be coming back because seem like a problem with all shops I used to go to the one out in tower point but was very nasty guy at the window is very slow wild flower location just rude employees doesn’t look like anybody wants to be there so Shipleys is not my place to go anymore.

Shipley kolaches….where’s the sausage? Donuts are fried in too much oil, leading to leftover donuts being near inedible the next day. Nice people work there though.

The donuts are fine (not great, but decent), but the customer service is where they get zero stars. I placed an online order for 2 dozen donuts including some specialty donuts that I paid extra for, when I went to pick up my order, they hadn’t fulfilled it, they just randomly started shoving donuts in the box, not what I ordered. They were sold out of many of the donuts I had ordered and even some I had paid extra for and they didn’t refund the difference. I tried emailing them before writing a negative review and there was never a response. They however continue to email me promotional materials even though I have attempted unsubscribed a half dozen times. Horrible all around experience.

It was really busy when I went but still got service in a very short time. Doughnuts where okay, I tend to like my doughnuts firm, these where a little flat and the kolaches where the best, only one small detail. Wish they would pack it with more sausage and more ham. I took one bite and it was mostly bread but it was still delicious.

You are able to watch them make the food. I do enjoy that! Long line but they have plenty of staff the line was moving well. Good donuts, drinks, restrooms clean, and lots of parking all the way around the building.

I loved this place the donuts have always been the best but the last two times I have come it hasn’t been great and it’s disappointing. First I spent well over 40 dollars got home and didn’t have everything I paid for . And then I went again this morning waited in line for them to open all to get cold donuts . I won’t be going back.

Well I went at the recommendation of a friend and tried their Kolaches. Not good at all. The bread was a homemade hotdog bun, dry, tasteless, and 3 times the size of the sausage. That was more the fault of the tiny sausage than the bread. I did not finish my Kolaches and left hungry. Maybe the doughnuts are worth trying but I certainly don’t recommend their Kolaches.

Many times I place a mobile order the donuts are not right. Maybe they call a chocolate cream filled donut one thing in store, and something else in app. But no matter the order, they’re always delicious!
