This location is in an interesting spot, and can be hard to get in and out of. The parking lot is a little bit away from the store, unlike other locations I have been to. I went through the drive-thru. I am not the biggest fan of Taco Bell so I usually only get the Baja Blast Zero and nacho fries, which is what I got this time around. We placed our order on the app. When I pulled up to the window, I was informed that they did not have Baja Blast Zero at the moment, so I got the regular version. I got a large nacho fries to share. The people working were very nice and the food was good. Getting back out to where the traffic light is was a small struggle, but we did it. I would definitely recommend this location!

Peace and Greetings, I must honestly say hands down this is the best Taco Bell in Greenville, NC. The staff was very courteous upon my entry into the establishment until my departure. They were very helpful in answering any and all questions that I asked. The restaurant was bent clean. My experience was so excellent that I decided to dine in and it was a great atmosphere. I will go there whenever I want Taxi Bell. Thank you so much 10th St. Taco Bell the staff there is amazing .

Terrible experience. We tried to order at the drive-thru, but the employee came out and was very rude when we didn’t know what we wanted. She told us we couldn’t figure out our order in line and had to go park if we needed time to decide even though we weren’t holding up the line at all, there was multiple cars in front of us and we were trying to look at the app and got told to get out of her line. Something I’ve never experienced at any fast-food restaurant. Extremely unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could.

These one-star reviews are outrageous. Some of y’all need to get a life and realize the world does not revolve around you. This is a fast food restaurant and these people do not get paid enough to bend over backwards and treat y’all like the kings and queens that you clearly are not.

Worse taco bell so far. Been there more than a handful of times and they have never have ever got my order correct. Will never go back there. Was thinking they finally got some good workers, but seems like managers are same quality. When you pay for something you should get that something. As a customer I should be treated with respect and equally. Don’t appreciate being stared down either.
Also when I started going to this location long before the above incident and what stopped me coming to this location the 1st time. When in drive thru I order the same thing they would ask if I like to make it spicey, i say yes. Although they didn’t inform you could customize each item they charge for all three such items. I found out on my own, so the next time I come thru and order the same thing and again they ask if I like to make it spicey and I see yes, except only my burrito and chulapa. They would get mad and only put 2 slices of jalapeños. On the app it shows 60cents per cup (full cup). I got the app to show they were doing the customer wrong. Next Taco Bell I will take pictures. There is one other one that uses the same tactic.

This is by far the worst taco bell ive ever been to or experienced.
I unfortunately get deliverys from this location and most cases refuse orders here
Be it day or night its a gaurenteed 30minute wait for a fast food joint.
And the 30minutes isnt even the food its the wait for a worker to acknowledge or help or even talk to me.
If there was a way to refuse a location todo any deliverys for this location would be the one and only place ever and i e talked to many doordashers and all feel the same so thats 23 drivers currently and counting that hate this location all due to the wait times.

Beautiful location and interior. Newly updated design with an order station along with the normal register ordering and drive through.
Even though it was busy for lunch delivery of food was quick and the dining room was very clean.
The staff were extremely friendly and amazing with their customer service which went above and beyond. One lovely lady even took our tray and dumped our trash for us.
I was impressed and will keep coming back!

Placed a mobile order and when I got to the window they told me they gave my order to the car infront of me. The worker was clearly too high to function. She made me pull back around and then restate my order once I got to the window again. Instead of putting my food in two boxes like I had ordered, they threw all of my food into one bag. The worker then got an attitude while I was checking the bag to make sure my order was correct.

The locations hit or miss on the attitude your gonna get but tonight (12/01) the girl at the window was downright the rudest i’ve dealt with. She was rude over the intercom and cut me off completely when i asked for mild sauce, When i paid in cash she rolled her eyes and slammed the window. I then asked for sauce again to get the window slammed in my face. She almost dropped my drink bc she slammed it into my hand and i barely got my hand on it before she pulled back and slammed the window (again!) she did the same with my food then when i asked if i could please get sauce she yelled at me that it was in the bag as if i was supposed to know. Truly an awful experience. some people should not work with the general public and lemme just tell you now that girl was one of them. I pity anyone else that goes through that drive though tonight. Thankfully she didn’t make the food or id have bet she’d have spit in it with her awful attitude. Food was fine though so that’s a plus

My husband went and picked me up some food for dinner because I’m working a double and I asked for a steak quesadilla with double meat and this sad excuse for one is flat as can be it’s less then the normal amount of meat. And the entire order cost well over $40 and was all slim slim.
