Sweetgreen is a national chain of healthy salad bowls, where you can either choose a premade salad bowl or make your own. They offer online ordering or ordering in person, but we tend to opt to order online.
The meal is reasonably priced for the portions you get, and it’s what you’d expect from a salad. We always build our own, and the combos work well together and the dressing is tasty and goes well with the salad. Overall, its a decent place to pickup a salad bowl in the area.

Ordered 4 salads that were okay but lacked in the main ingredient part. Just be aware of the super high fat content, ranging from 23 grams to 59 grams of fat for salads/bowls. If that is an issue, stay away from the dressing!

I don’t do reviews, but this might have been the worst experience I have ever had. We entered the sweet green more than an hour before they closed that day and all the food was not out and they were cleaning. They still served us, but literally not a single employee out of the 4 spoke English. Furthermore, the ceiling had an ac unit and the condensation from it was dripping onto the food.

This is a great place to get fresh and healthy salads, either dine in or take out. Convenient location near a mall with a parking lot. Pleasant interiors and atmosphere (not much decor or music that would invite people to stay longer, just pleasant enough to eat and leave).
Well staffed at lunch time (can’t take that for granted when many other restaurants are understaffed). The service is quick, professional and friendly. The prices are a bit high but fair for the quality and the generous portions.
The biodegradable bowls and utensils are great. Very good experience overall

Two bugs in my salads this week (10/7/24 and 10/10/24). Contacted sweet green both times, but this is nuts. I’ve only ever had anything like this happen one other time in my life and its when I ordered food from a place I knew was kind of shady. This is a CHESTNUT HILL SWEET GREEN. Disgusting.

Walked in the other night not a single employee spoke English! Was trying to tweek my order and substitute the most simplest of things and no one could understand me. The worker tried calling someone else and that someone else couldn’t speak or understand English either. It was extremely disturbing to experience. I ultimately just got what I got because I couldn’t communicate in English with anyone in there. To top it off the AC on the ceiling is leaking and parts of it looks like it may be dripping in the food. Never going here again! Thankfully Cava is across the street where employees speak your countries language and can easily communicate with you!

Ordered a salad for delivery and it came with absolutely ZERO dressing despite ordering 2 portions. Attempted to reach out to the store and via the app and got no response. I will never be ordering from here again. Complete waste of money.
