Ordered online. Driver arrived with my order. It was not the complete order. I contacted the store. I let the woman know the issue with my missing items. She said she had 2 option for me. 1 a store credit. 2 Send the items with the next driver heading my way. (She stated she didn’t know when that was going to be.) I informed her I would not be in the area to place another order again. And was unhappy that the other option was to wait for the rest of my order and hope it would be in a timely matter. I told her I would just contact corporate and her response was “We are not a corporate store, Good luck! And hung up the phone on me!

Fifty dollars for 2 Pizzas and some bread sticks. The one pizza was like 3 bites. Ill be making my own from now on. I could have eaten all of it by myself and still been hungry so I just gave it all to the kids. Definitely won’t be doing that again any time soon

I ordered one large pizza on a Friday night. I accurately expected them to be busy, as it was an estimated 45-55 minutes to complete my order. When I arrived at the 55-minute mark, my order still wasn’t complete. 10 minutes later, my pizza was called out. I stood at the counter and had to wait for the cashier to put 22 stickers on empty pizza boxes before even being acknowledged. Once I returned home with my pizza and opened the box, I was completely disappointed. I ordered and paid for extra pizza sauce, but there was NOT extra sauce on my pizza. Upon looking at my pizza (see picture), there were 4 places that looked like someone took big bites out of the pizza. There was no sauce or cheese in those areas, just a thin layer of the bottom crust. Unfortunately, and regardless of my affinity for Papa John’s pizza, I would not recommend ordering from this location.

We ordered a large thin crust with LIGHT Bbq sauce, chicken, bacon and pineapple. The first pizza we got had a LONG BLONDE HAIR BAKED INTO THE CHEESE. Gross! We called and they send out a replacement pizza and it is heavy BBQ and burnt. I’m sorry but shouldn’t they be making sure a replacement pizza it perfect going out. You guys not only dropped the ball once but TWICE! I think we will be going with PIZZA HUT from now on. They take care of their customers.

Poor customer service. The last two times I have ordered they have gotten my order wrong! The pizza had a big air bubble in it. The only thing we could eat was the stuffed crust around the edge. When they replaced it we didn’t even get stuffed crust! The manager said he was standing next to the girl that took our re order and didn’t hear us say it was stuffed crust! I repeated 3 times. They were not friendly at all. I’m not going there again. Warsaw Papa Johns has really gotten bad!!

This location has been having a lot of trouble lately. The last two times we ordered, the tracking alerted us that our food was ready. We showed up and it wasn’t. Had to wait 15 min each time. We pick up our food today, got home (a 20 min drive) and saw that the garlic knots were dry. Just dry breadstick balls, no garlic butter. And there were only 6 with one smashed. Called in and they said they would remake them. Drove 20 min back and got the replacement knots. Almost left without checking while getting ready to pull out of the parking lot and we decided to check. NO garlic butter again! I thought someone was messing with us but nope. They were brought back in and we watched while they were done right this time. Holy cow so bad there.
