I went in expecting a Freddy Fazbear meal i left with this disappointment. I feel like it’s false advertising because they have the packaging, but they chose not to give me the packaging. If I wanted a regular combo meal, I would’ve ordered that if that wasn’t enough everything inside the box tasted old and greasy everyone in there is really nice and friendly so I’m disappointed

Scheduled an advanced pickup with the $20 bundle: ghost pepper boneless wings, lemon pepper boneless, and regular tenders. The tenders were crispy and they through in some extra! The boneless were all crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The mac & cheese had a nice broiled top, and the coleslaw was on point as well. All the food was DELICIOUS. Well-seasoned but not too salty, and, again, crispy not greasy in the least. And the food was ready exactly when we ordered it, so pickup was a breeze. We had been avoiding Popeyes for years because the other locations nearby are…not great. We will DEFINITELY order from this location again.

We came to this specific location because of the good rating. We love Popeyes food but usually have really poor service. This location was AMAZING. The reatauraunt was on the smaller side but very clean. The staff here was hardworking, so nice ans very pleasant! We had a large party with a large order and they let us know upfront that they were making our order fresh and apologized for the wait. When we got our order, the wait had not been that bad at all but they continued to apologize and gave us two free pies and an extra order of fries for the inconvenience. They also upgraded all of our sides to large. As if that were not enogh- they came out to ask us if we needed anything else, and gave us extra chicken. If I lived closer this is the only location I would ever go to. Can’t go wrong here!!

New location with great management and refreshing attitude on customer service. The food is fairly similar to other popeye establishments, the customer service displayed by this male employee was exceptional. I will frequent here just to be better serviced.

This is by far one of my favorite Popeyes locations. Staff is warm and the place is clean. Unfortunately, I was missing one item from my pick-up order, so just make sure to check your order before going home!

I was left a little disappointed today with my first visit to Popeyes in Skokie. I ordered a three piece and upgraded to a drink and a side. Other than the food being very small portioned / tiny, when I went to take my first sip of coke the cup smelled like disinfectant. So either someone had just cleaned something and then touched my cup and cap or if there was over spray that got on my cup and cap. It kind of ruined the meal because now that’s all I could smell. Please tell your employees at after they’re done cleaning they need to wash their hands so it is free of cleaning chemical odor and that it doesn’t transfer to your products.
