Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. This place definitely reaffirms that I really don’t need to eat from TB. The nachos were very soggy less than 10 minutes after I got them, the taco shells were cracked and I didn’t eat much of it. Ended up throwing almost everything out. Very poor quality.
They didn’t provide plastic ware or napkins either.

I love Taco Bell but this was so disappointing. The food was eh, I’ve had better Taco Bell in my life. The service was the real issue. We pulled up to the window and received no greeting whatsoever. When we asked if we could use the app to check in for points we were told a hard “no.” Upon ordering the employee was very short and not friendly at all. “What drink?” And silence instead of asking “anything else?” It just felt disrespectful. When I was told my total I was confused, it was way more than expected but I just assumed I misread or did my math wrong. It would’ve helped if he would’ve read off my order, but nope. I was planning on asking for clarification on the price when I got up to the window, but when I got to the window he opened it and just stared at me. I expected the normal confirmation of the order like “you ordered this, correct?” And then a confirmation on the price. When I didn’t immediately do anything because he was just staring at me he said “are you going to give me your card or what?” I was dumbfounded. I handed him my card, again he didn’t confirm my order or the price. While swiping my card he turned to his coworkers and said “these people don’t want to hand me their card,” talking smack about me in front of me. He handed me my food and card and closed the window. The order was wrong, he gave me and charged me for extra food. On top of all of that, no sauce, utensils or napkins. I have worked in food service, i understand the frustration and difficulty of the job, but I would never.

Great all around, driving through and ordered ahead, everyone was friendly, food came out hot, and tasted fresh. Genuinely pleased with my stop that I had to leave a review. Oh and the presentation was very clean. Like I said. Very happy.

This is, undoubtedly, one of the least hygienic and poorly run businesses I’ve been to. I went a few days ago and ordered at the drive thru. They told me to pull around.
15 minutes later, I went inside to find the kitchen in disorder and asked how long it would be. The final straw was seeing the manager go from touching food, to grabbing her keys, then back to touching food without changing gloves or washing hands.
There were maybe 4 customers there and at least 5 people working and somehow they couldn’t make 4 tacos in 20 minutes.
Strong avoid. They will make people sick if they haven’t already.

The cashier who took my order was polite. When my food was delivered, the fries looked like they had been sitting and then reheated.
They forgot my chicken in the big box and then attempted to tell me that I had received all of my food and sauces. After giving the forgotten 4 pieces of chicken, forgot to give the sauces that came with the food.

I went last night (11/9) and realized I made a mistake with my online order. I attempted to ask the manager for help on how to get a refund and then order the right food i wanted. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at me while saying “I dont know, give me a minute” I had my husband come inside to try to help me figure it out and while explaining to him the manager yelled from the drive through “I SAID GIVE ME A MINUTE” I was stunned and mad by then. Another worker tried to come help me and she started fussing at him for even talking to me! Dont come back to this location unless you want to be screamed at for talking to your spouse. Managers are supposed to be the face of a restaurant and if thats the face they want representing them, then you will lose a lot more people than just me.

It started with the rude drive-through lady, then it was the food. They didn’t give me all my order, my fries were so hard it tasted as if they were from the previous day, and my tacos were soggy and put together with no care. Adding, they tasted like sour cheese.
I respectfully requested my money back and was given a 5 off coupon, which means I need to order more food to use. Nah, I’m good on that.
I’d like my money returned!!! Minus the drink, the drink was good.

The chicken was good, the taco and chips both had stale shells, the lettuce was beyond wilted, there were strands of melted black goo that I had to pick out. My order was messed up and I had to go back to the counter to get it sorted out and they acted like I was a jerk for wanting what I ordered. The price of the Taco Bell stuff was good, but the 2 pieces of chicken thighs I ordered were $8!!! There is literally a 2 piece dark meat meal with fries, a biscuit, and drink for $8.99… I didn’t see the prices for individual chicken pieces listed but if I knew they were $4 each for thighs I never would have ordered them. The counter person should have warned me or steered me to the 2 piece combo for only $1 more .. Greedflation has gotten out of control. That was the last time I ever order anything from KFC. I can get an entire chicken rotisserie for less than $8!!

Place is so understaffed it’s pitiful. Indoor was closed so we had to do drive thru. Ended up sitting for a few min while the couple of employee cleaned out the queue of customers in line. Food was ok, our cinnamon twist had 0 cinnamon and nothing but bitterness from overcooking. Black spots all thru it.
Spicy chicken sandwich was good otherwise they just need help in the kitchen.
