Skip this location. It’s a fraud. Ordered a 3 regular crunchy taco meal. The screen showed my correct order and charge but quickly disappeared. The total was more than what it should have been. At the window I stated is that the correct price I ordered regular. She stated yes. Well the receipt shows I was charged for the supreme combo. However the bag shows that I ordered regular. Fraud, theft, whatever you want to call it. Done purposely. Stay away. It wasn’t worth it to go back or argue about it. I will just not visit this location again. No one they appear empty during what should be a lunch rush. Now I know.

As I walked into this taco bell, I could instantly tell that the workers were happy and they were also incredibly friendly, not with just each other, but also with customers. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It was no longer a taco bell, it was a taco HOME. The building was very clean as well.
Typically, when I go to a taco bell, I expect the same mediocre food. This taco bell changed my entire perspective. My food was actually made with love, which is a rarity in fast food these days. When I go to a Taco Bell in other locations in the triangle area, my nacho cheese cup for my chips and cheese are barely filled up halfway- if i’m lucky! At this location, my nacho cheese cup was filled up all the way. I got extra cheese on other items as well and they ACTUALLY gave me extra cheese! I’m vegetarian, so I order all my items with beans instead of meat, all of my items were made correctly which I appreciate so much. A lot of Taco Bell locations will also skimp on all their ingredients, this location does not. Thats something I very much appreciate. Typically, when I walk into a taco bell and I order off of the kiosk, I have to ask a worker for my drink. Which I don’t mind doing but I do feel bad having to interrupt employees when they are busy. When they handed me my food here, they also got me my drink without me having to ask! Maybe I’ve been going to bad taco bells, but they raised the bar today. I am incredibly happy with this location. I do not think I will go to any other Taco Bell but this one after today

I give it a very low score because the customer service is terrible!! especially me being an old former employee of Taco Bell as a manager of 10 years is very shameful. How the manager on shift (02/06/2026 @12pm) never announced me or took my money. We’re just more concerned about getting her drive-thought. which caused me eventually to just walk out after waiting 20 minutes for someone. And still, no one spoke to me even when I left. Sidenote, there was no one inside the restaurant only drive-through and there was a total of five employees on the clock. I will not be returning to this establishment. I advise you that also unless you’re driving. ♀️

The gordita I received was completely undercooked. The dough was pale, soft, and raw in the center, not toasted or heated properly at all. I could not eat any of it and had to throw the entire order away.
This is a serious food safety concern. Serving uncooked dough to customers shows a major failure in kitchen quality control.
I paid for a meal and instead received food that was not safe to consume.
Please address this issue immediately so other customers are not put at risk.

The drive thru was closed because the systems were down (that was fine I went inside like the girl in the drive thru window said). They forgot one of my items, and didn’t put my $7 box in a box they just threw everything in a bag, and that’s not even the reason for the review. I went back up and got it and I would have been happy if the food was good at least.
All my food was cold, even the meat inside my chalupa was cold. The tortilla for my soft taco was hard and stale and so was the chalupa. I’ve had messed up orders but never had a bad experience at Taco Bell when it comes to the taste or freshness of the food. Unfortunately, though this is the closest location to me, I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. The one in Knightdale and the one down the street on Capital, busy or slow have never given me food so mediocre.

Ordered Uber eats didn’t get my order only part of one so I ordered again and got chicken bowl the chicken was mushy the beans were dried up and rice super dry I couldn’t eat it the tast was like ingredients were old the smell wasn’t good either. So thats why 1 star

Showed up around 1:50 in the drive through, they said we’re closed. I asked when? She said NOW. I asked a couple more questions and she said her manager said they’re closed at 2. Mind you, it’s about 1:53 at this point. They just stopped talking through the drive through speaker…. Then I guess the manager was the lady staring me down as I drove off…. I was staring back! When I opened up the box the cheese and tomatoes were stuck to the top of the lid. When I called the so called manager tried to go back and forth with me about what I said.
