tiffany has horrible customer service. i went through the drive thru & firstly asked if we could do two separate orders, she said that they “don’t allow two orders in the drive thru”. i’m not sure i 100% believe that’s true as i’ve done it many times before but that’s besides the point. i asked for a pepsi with the meal & she rudely says they are out, i ask her what else they have & she says “basically everything else”. i tell her to give me a moment & she doesn’t respond, after a bit she rudely asks if i have any questions, i let her know no & then continue ordering after finding another drink. at the window she doesn’t acknowledge me & basically shoves my drink in my face. looking at the food while at home, i realize they put tomatoes on my nacho bell grande (after i ordered it without it). i can’t say for certain for obvious reasons but i do believe they did it on purpose as the quesadilla & burrito were barely full as well as the taco being broken. this entire situation has left a bad taste in my mouth, save your money & don’t come here.

We ordered 3 meals. Service was prompt and the food was hot. We were in and out within about 1-2 minutes, not exaggerating at all. Very impressed! Our cashiers name was Lakeisha, thanks for a great experience at Taco Bell! It’s hard to get a great meal and an excellent service at a fast food restaurant nowadays.

I’m not sure what happened because I’ve orders from here plenty of times. But we got some Taco Bell and they messed up royally. If you look at the pictures there’s barely any lettuce (basically four slivers in each), a little cheese, like a spoon full of meat, and there’s tomatoes for some reason (we didn’t order supreme). My dad’s Mexican pizza had tomatoes (which he asked for no tomatoes). We got a sweet tea instead of an unsweetened tea.

The worst taco bell I have ever visited. I came here 10 minutes before close (close is supposedly 12 am “or later” but obviously they can’t even make it until 12) a few days ago and wine through the drive thru was told “we are only doing mobile orders” but they had turned off mobile orders. I returned today (1 pm) and tried to place a mobile order, but they were turned off despite having no customers in sight. 100% of the time they have forgotten either the sauce I asked for or they have forgotten straws. The customer service here is about 50 levels down from simply just “bad.” Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location.

This location seems to never have the lobby open and never has signs posted stating this. How the drive thru takes so long with no cars in line or customers inside is beyond me. I have stopped attempting to order from this location. If staffing is the issue they may want to reconsider keeping this location and their current practices. This location has had these issues for well over a year. It’s worth my time to drive further to a different location.

I have went to this Taco Bell almost every other day for the past week. Only to be told the same thing, they’re not selling one of gee top sellers because they have NO LAVA SAUCE!!! I then asked when do they think they would be getting it again & yet again NO ONE HAS THE ANSWER. My question is how does every other Taco Bell have that sauce but this is the ONLY one in the city which doesn’t???? I do Uber & Lyft & eat from different Taco Bell locations. Rude is an understatement for how the employees treat you. This place has gone down hill tremendously. Take my order and don’t say amount drive up or nothing. Ask for taco sauce… my response huh? Visit started with a long greeting at the late night drive thru that went through in detail about what I was allowed to order (felt like a SNL skit). “Tacos and burritos only, no customizing”. Lol, ok. Well I just wanted a few soft taco supremes, so I was lucky. 4 stars because service was fast, food was good, and restaurant looked clean inside.

This Taco Bell used to be good. There’s a taco bell next to us and we would drive to this one specifically because they always made our food good/never mess up. The ladies working there were nice and fast. This time the new people working there are rude and got out whole order wrong, the tacos barely had any meat, didn’t get any sauce or straw.
