Every week after my daughter’s horse riding lesson we have made it a tradition to stop by taco bell(her favorite thing to eat) for dinner. This one is on the way home so makes sense to stop here. But for the past 5 weeks straight they have gotten my order wrong, not even half full cheese cups that cost $1, missing items or just cold food. It’s been very disappointing but I continued to keep trying in hopes I get the right crew working and it’ll be better. Tonight I decided to try the Taco Bell in Youngsville and I must say it was amazing service and quality was on point for me. I will not be going back to this zebulon location. Take notes Zebulon the first pic is Zebulons cup of cheese. The other two pix are from the Youngsville location 🙂

I don’t usually complain, but it’s been this way for too long. The food is hardly every hot. The cheese is never melted. And “some ” of the employees will not help you, or will lie to you about getting your order. You have to wait way too long.

I am a DoorDash Guy And every time I come to this particular location, they don’t greet the DoorDash is hell they don’t greet customers And every time I go in there to pick up a order I’m in there waiting 15 to 30 minutes. Do you see how small this bag is? It is no way that that in a drink should ever take 17 minutes or more. They need immediate help like decades ago. Even the GM walks right past you without saying anything.. But the job seems like a vacation and not a job. How do you have a whole place full of workers And not one person has common sense or awareness for a customer service. When I say by far, the worst place I have ever been to as a customer or a Dasher I really mean it. Corporate needs to come down here and retrain these guys.

My meal was nearly $10 and it looks like they literally threw it in there and just threw it in the bag and they didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. The food wasn’t cold atleast.

Husband ordered a Baja blast freeze only to be told they didn’t have any. Ordered a supreme soft taco.. They got that right. Ordered a burrito supreme with extra red sauce (had to explain to Sarah that red sauce is the mama of the sauce) add guacamole and wanted extra source cream which he didn’t get since it came with sour cream. I ordered Nacho fries only to be told they didn’t have any after the order was paid for. Asked for a refund and the fries magically appeared. They were just KFC fries dusted in the Nacho fry seasoning. Definitely not the same! Shame on you!

Don’t order the cantina chicken bowl. Barely any chicken or black beans. Mostly lettuce and a 1/4 cup of rice. Chicken circled in red. Black beans in blue. Check the D battery for scale. Hopefully they had their “F” team in the kitchen today because these portions are disgraceful.

Orders were hot and made well. Dining area was clean. Huge selection since this is a combo full KFC and full Taco Bell menu. Service was a little slow, but friendly.

Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and was told to wait around the front. After sitting “out front” for over 10 minutes, I went inside to get my food. Got home and portion sizes in 2 items were unacceptably small. 3 additional items were burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. I am not one to typically leave reviews, but this was completely unacceptable and a total waste of money. Will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
