Husband ordered a Baja blast freeze only to be told they didn’t have any. Ordered a supreme soft taco.. They got that right. Ordered a burrito supreme with extra red sauce (had to explain to Sarah that red sauce is the mama of the sauce) add guacamole and wanted extra source cream which he didn’t get since it came with sour cream. I ordered Nacho fries only to be told they didn’t have any after the order was paid for. Asked for a refund and the fries magically appeared. They were just KFC fries dusted in the Nacho fry seasoning. Definitely not the same! Shame on you!

Please never go there again we oder Mexican pizza and test stale so bad and no beans on half side so we tried to call them back but no one answer phone we can go back to the taco bell because we have to go for daughter dance class we were getting late but we have saved both Mexican pizza to show store manager on my way back PLEASE NEVER GO THERE YOU CAN GET SICK .

I don’t have high expectations when I roll through a Taco Bell. This location is consistently out of A LOT of items. Not even specialty items, just normal items on the everyday menu. I’ve been 5 or 6 times since moving near the location and EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have to ask for 2 or 3 different things before finally guessing one of the items you actually have that day. I feel bad for the staff having to tell a backed up line of customers “we’re out of this, we’re not serving this, that, or this today.” And watching people trying to figure out what to order. It’s a bad experience for your staff, and wildly inefficient. Tonight I got to watch a little kid, super excited his parents are letting him place the order, holding a five spot out the window, finally just say he’ll take some fries after asking for 3 other things they were out of. Get your food ordering together. It’s embarrassing and your staff looks stressed.

Went here today with a coworker for lunch. When food was received they had smashed the 2 orders in a small snack sized bag (no big deal), soft tacos were spilled out in bag (no big deal) and they forgot part of the order (still in an understanding guy. While waiting for the food the women inside seem to spend all their time telling jokes to one another so they were not aware we were still waiting for additional food. Once I arrived back to work I realize there is a black substance on my drink and inside of my cup on the ice. I cant finish this food and I dont feel like going back to store will solve anything. Ive worked in fast food before and I’m sorry I was not satisfied.

My experience in the past and present is the same… I went through drive thru bc I was being lazy and didn’t want to go in and order but I still had to come in and order. I’m guessing bc it’s down? One thing they got right was my sons food order. In the past, never got it right, it’s simple cheese and white rice in a burrito wrap. Anyways, I got a free slushy bc it was the wrong size cup. Lol thank you for that.
