How is this place still open? Sitting in the parking lot with 2 other confused customers at 9:45 am (sign says they open at 9). Tried to walk in, doors still locked but we clearly see people in the kitchen.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We walked in to get food to go, were not greeted, finally acknowledged by one of the cooks. Two of the staff came to the front and did something with a register, did not speak to us even though we’re standing, waiting to place our order. We were the only customers inside the building. The drive thru was steady, they were not having a rush. We ended up ordering with the kiosk. After waiting several minutes for our food, it finally came out, without the coffee I ordered. We waited 5 – 10 minutes for the coffee, I had to ask twice for it twice, meanwhile my husband was standing there with our food getting cold. The food was almost cold when we got to eat. The ranch sauce I ordered was not in the bag.

They were out of several sodas, forks ect. You have to place your order yourself no one there to ring you up. I ordered extra cheese on my taco and burrito but didn’t get it. I thought the burrito came with mild sauce on it but was dry. I don’t understand why they were put of so much stuff, do they have a supply issue or is it the management??

I’ve worked in fast food before so I am always really forgiving and understanding that people and businesses have bad days. Maybe they’re short staffed or they got bombarded with orders. Upon entering this location, there was a gentleman waiting to pick up a DoorDash delivery. I saw several crew members barely working and laughing and talking. I’m all for having fun at work as well. However, it took 10 minutes just to be acknowledged that I was standing in the dining room. After an additional 15 minutes the gentleman finally got his DoorDash (after 25 minutes since I arrived) and left so I asked the staff member about my order. They’re working on it is what I was told. Two other dashers got their orders and left. Finally, after another 15 minutes or so, I got my order, poured my drink, got my napkins and left. In total, I waited 40+ minutes for my mobile order from the time it was placed until it was in my hands. That’s just negligent and abhorrent. Never again. Zero stars if I could.

Meat was mushy. Made taco fail all to peace. Person in back was saying cuss words with small kids in the restaurant. Had no sweet tea but had unsweetened tea at lunch time. Don’t understand that. I will not go back there.

order was wrong on doordash, so i went to the store, thought i had my order correct only to come home with the wrong order AGAIN. staff was also very rude, not to mention them complaining about them having to make the order again when it should’ve been done right the first time… oh and the bathrooms are 0/10.

3 stars only because of the CRAZY long wait times here. They are always understaffed. The employees there are always busting their butts to work hard and get everything ready but I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 3 people staffed at any time of day. I went by for breakfast a few days ago and they weren’t even open yet for food because they only had one person there. I feel bad for the employees because they are all so friendly and work so hard. They deserve to be paid better and T Bell needs to hire more workers at better wages to get this location right. Everyone there deserves so much better because I can’t stress just how kind and hard working the employees all are. There just aren’t enough of them!
