This is ridiculous, I’m tired of giving this Taco Bell a chance and it’s starting to piss me off! Seems to be new employees every single time we go and it’s quite hilarious how we try to order food the way WE want and you guys want to make it such a fuss. This is only one of the pictures of the 5 soft tacos I was able to get! It’s completely coated in grease, the soft taco shell is soggy on the other side and the paper was ripping and sticking. The chalupa barely had any meat in it. Everything is always half arse done and with a major attitude. And wonder why people keep leaving bad reviews. GET IT TOGETHERRRRRR!!!!

Went through the drive through today with my wife got two grilled cheese burritos for 18 dollars got them and was about to eat when we realized the cheese wasn’t melted and there barely was any on the outside as well as being poorly wrapped literally falling apapart as you pick them up as if it was just thrown together, upon asking for it to be remade i was given attitude and told that it was gonna look exactly the same and then they proceeded to insult and comment upon eachother about the fact i wanted my food made correctly, if yall want taco bell this location is the worst one ive ever been to DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not order delivery from this Taco Bell. I have ordered multiple times through their own app and the food either shows up hours late or never shows up at all.
They once sent the wrong order and I had to drive there myself to fix it. At this point, this Taco Bell has flat out stolen over $30 in delivery fees and driver tips because I have had to correct my own orders. There is no reason to pay for delivery when I end up doing the driver’s job myself.
Another major issue is that this location has no refund authority when you order directly through the Taco Bell app. You are stuck dealing with the app for any resolution, and the app almost never works. You are basically left with no way to get your money back.
Today was the breaking point. I ordered at 12:30 PM. It is now 1:54 PM and I still have nothing. When I went to the restaurant to figure out what happened, the staff was openly rude. Being busy does not give anyone permission to treat customers like a problem. Lashondra was especially rude and acted annoyed that I even asked about my missing order.
I am done with this location. The service is slow, careless, and consistently disrespectful. I will not be back until Taco Bell replaces the staff with people who can handle basic customer service.

Honest Truth
Great experience. Didn’t get there names the 2 beautiful brown ladies were kind and helpful. The whole staff was very active cleaning and prepping food. Everything made well and was fresh . Dining area was clean. Music was nice.

Had to use the kiosk because they couldn’t use the register. Then not all items like the Luke box I wanted were on the kiosk. So I used the app placed my order. They asked my name and handed me a bag. I didn’t check the bag and when I got home it wasn’t my food. Thought what the heck and opened the food. The burritos were the worst looking thing I’ve ever seen. Sloppy, greasy and just a mess. It had 2 tacos and one had just lettuce. Never again.

Don’t know why I’ve given this place as many chances as I have, that certainly ends now. Slowest service I have ever seen for mobile and delivery orders. Time and time again mobile orders are completed 20-30 minutes after they say it’s ready, and yet the drive thru and walk in orders are made quickly. What’s the point of mobile order for customer convenience when they don’t prioritize them or make them when they say they will. Horrible.

Very aggravating.
Ok, so eventually we got or order. Almost.
They set the food up in a bag like it was “to go”. It was not. Then they disappeared.
No drinks.
No hot sauce.
No hot sauce at the condiments counter.
That’s all behind us now. Let’s eat.
