This Taco Bell recently re opened to which me and my boyfriend immediately thought let’s get dinner from there on our day off. We ordered a number 5 and a single nacho Doritos taco. He got home and we checked the food to which nothing was correct. He drove back up to Taco Bell, they took the food back and threw it in the trash can then grabbed it back out. Afterwards, said they got the order wrong but we still had to pay the extra. The bag they grabbed out of the trash can was still on a counter, separated through, I’m assuming to be re sold. Then, told my boyfriend they wouldn’t give him what he ordered unless he paid more. Then he said just to give him the same food back. They said they couldn’t then he said well it’s sitting on the counter, throw it away then. At this point, the workers got aggressive and started yelling at him to either come inside or leave the drive through which felt threatening. In which we asked for a refund and went else where. Kudos to the renovation but maybe Taco Bell should do some re considering on their employees.

Not a very busy store and the employees seemed even less enthusiastic about being there. The drink machine had very few selections that was actually working. The store could have used a good cleanup, too. The food was okay and delivered to us as ordered. Drive-thru was the busiest part of the service. We got our food to go.

Fries were cooked with concrete. “Soft” taco was cooked to a crisp. Chicken sandwich was cold. Waited 30 minutes for the meal. Lady sucked. Parking lot sucked. Starry almost put me in a coma. Trash everywhere. Thirty dollars on trash food. Welcomed with garbage. Asked for Diablo, got BBQ from Wendy’s. Not sure how you mess up making cinnamon twists. Got three meals and two drinks. Fix the hole at the window again. Cinnamon twists were cooked in burnt oil. Don’t forget to change the oil. Terrible.

Lock their doors 3-4 hours early so if you mobile order you’ll have to sit in a long line and have cold, soggy food or wait for someone to come out of the dining room and dash in there like I had to. Was greeted with an attitude and had to finish making my drinks. The girl that was originally helping me walked away and kept looking at me like an idiot and left a very nice gentleman to finish assisting me even though he was busy taking orders. She then lied and said she wasn’t helping me and hadn’t touched the bags and whatnot for my order but okay. Get home and the order was wrong just like it was last time and they are careless, nonsense mistakes. Literally was a mobile order with the directions in front of you. Never satisfied with the food or customer service so I would just save your time.

Came here to get food for my family, at feb 24 2026 at 10:21 pm, who ever was working on that night shift very unprofessional, disgusting behavior, laughing and yelling while we are ordering, I will never spend my money here ever. Immature. Get a job you life!

When ordering, the server was very unwelcoming and felt rushed to order. When it came time to get our food half the order was missing. When mentioned they got annoyed. we saw them eating while touching our food without any gloves.

The service was fast, however the chicken that I ordered was dried out by setting up under the heat lamp causing it to be impossible to eat. As you can see from my receipt which is wrong. I ordered 3 tacos with no cheese extra tomatoes. I got no lettuce. The first order was with cheese and lettuce, took it back twice and still didn’t get it right. They also need a new drink machine as we all can see. I think KFC needs a complete makeover.

I’ll start off by saying that Taco Bell is always a treat for us as we don’t eat fast food very often. We were on a road trip from NC to DC and decided to get something right off the highway to not waste time. We placed a mobile app order and we all got the usual, Crunchwrap, steak quesadilla, chulpa, cheesy potatoes and a bean burrito- all classics to be safe and bc it’s always a risk trying anything new. My husband went inside to pick the order up and said he didn’t have faith in the food as the “B team” was working- not friendly and looked as if they didn’t even want to be working that day. And boy was he correct. Worst steak quesadilla I’ve ever had, gross- they did not even bother cutting it the bean burrito for one kiddo was so overcooked the beans and cheese was one hard lump. The crunch wrap for the other kiddo was so soggy they cried bc it fell apart everywhere in the car (can’t wait to have to clean this up!!). The chulpa was so understuffed that it literally looked like there was nothing inside of it. The cheesy potatoes were the only thing really edible. If it wasn’t for us traveling , I would have turned around and ask them to make my food all over again. I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was such a disgrace to the normally awesome food from Taco Bell that I felt obligated to write. Wish I would have read the reviews first, we would have kept driving right past!

Absolute worst . Spent 50 dollars thru the Taco Bell app tonight to end up receiving the wrong order . I then called back to let them know and had to drive up there to get it even though it was a delivery order . Then I get back and there almost nothing in any of the tacos and everting is terrible . The sad part is I spoke on the phone with some one there that almost made me regain faith in the situation but instead the fooled me and left me with terrible food and a loss of 57 dollars . Yall suck
