Manager named Robert extremely unprofessional. I am a vegetarian and my order was prepared full of meat despite clear instructions not to put meat. I had to drive back to the location to address the issue and get my food replaced. I asked for the manager’s information and the guy wrote his name of my food paper bag. Also he was rude enough to suggest that it is customer’s responsibility to check the food not ours since we get a lot of orders. (The location was nearly empty with at least 7 employees working on the shift when I went). I will keep sharing my experience for this location. Employees have got better attitude than their manager.

Not a very busy store and the employees seemed even less enthusiastic about being there. The drink machine had very few selections that was actually working. The store could have used a good cleanup, too. The food was okay and delivered to us as ordered. Drive-thru was the busiest part of the service. We got our food to go.

The service was fast, however the chicken that I ordered was dried out by setting up under the heat lamp causing it to be impossible to eat. As you can see from my receipt which is wrong. I ordered 3 tacos with no cheese extra tomatoes. I got no lettuce. The first order was with cheese and lettuce, took it back twice and still didn’t get it right. They also need a new drink machine as we all can see. I think KFC needs a complete makeover.

It’s gotten better here in the last year. I stopped eating this location until recently, the food is much better than it was now that it has employees that seem to care. Recommend now try the pizza since it’s back they have had it in stock the past few times!

I ordered a Mexican Pizza combo. Add extra beef too the pizza and tacos and sour cream to the Pizza. The tacos already come Supreme on the combo. They did not add extra beef to any of it. Gave me regular tacos not supreme. And did not give me sour cream on my Pizza. I went in and explained what I was charged for compared to what they gave me. Told them I was in a hurry and to screw the extra beef this time but to please give me a small cup of sour cream and tomatoes so they would not have to remake the whole order. And the check out girl had to argue with the cook for over 10 minutes to get it for me. I remember when you could get 4 taco supreme for $0.50 each and the beef would be 2x the amt you get now. I understand inflation. Prices go up. But quality should not go down. Nor should customer service.

Worst taco bell ever. Is always closed before it should be. I’m talking 8 oclock, no one will come to the drive thru, no signs on the screen informing customers of that, and no signs on the building. One customer will pull up waiting for someone to respond and a line will form behind that person. When that person gets frustrated and pulls away, everyone thinks their order got taken and pulls up and waits. Its absurd that this has happened multiple times. One time I went through and told everyone it was closed. Very understaffed. Poor staff looks dragged through the mud every time we come in.

Very unclean and the food is not good. We stopped here for lunch and it was not clean at all. The bathrooms stink and are not clean. The food is not well cook and is not authentic. I do not recommend it.
