First 2 times I let it slide thinking everyone has a bad day , this third time no way , my Mexican Pizza actually tasted like sanitizer , not to mention that the food is not properly stored in between orders. I work at Taco Bell in the 90’s and was always selected to walk through with regional management during those inspections.

This is the worst Taco Bell. They never get my order right (it’s not an exaggeration). Just left 5 minutes ago and was missing an item. I went inside to try and avoid it. Staff also didn’t give us a receipt.

The absolute worst employees minus the guy making the actual food. Ordered pick up since I drive a truck for a living. Get to the door. No sign telling you anything just a locked door. I knock and am ignored by drive thru worker and what seems so be the manager.

I went through the drive this afternoon at about 2pm and the gentleman taking the order was sweet. However I sat there at the drive through window after paying for nearly 10 minutes to be told my order hadn’t even been made yet. I just asked for a refund and I would go somewhere else since that was a bit ridiculous to me. He was nice and asked the manager on duty for authorization and told her what was going on and she proceeded to scream at him in front of me, never acknowledge me, aggressively punch her numbers in, never looked my direction, and then walk away leaving my card and receipt sitting in front of the computer. The gentleman walked back and apologized and handed my card and receipt over. The manager was a slender white woman wearing a face mask and has no business having employment of any kind – especially in management. I wouldn’t even be trying to contact corporate and wring a review if it hadn’t been for her actions.

Service was good, employee was nice and polite, but the products they served were subpar. After eating half of my crunchwrap and not detecting any meat, I thought maybe they accidentally made a veggie crunchwrap, so I opened it up and I was able to locate a tiny bit of meat at the very edge of the crunchwrap, less than you would see on a regular taco. I’ve had crunchwraps before… this is not a crunchwrap and I’m certain this is not what corporate wants the store serving. There’s something wrong with this particular location. And it wasn’t just the crunchwrap. The chicken quesadilla had two tiny pieces of chicken on the whole thing, meaning two slices had only cheese. I’ve been to this location a few times now, and they make the weakest products of any Tacobell I’ve ever been to. Something weird going on at this location. It’s unlikely I’ll return, but if I do, I’ll try to take pictures next time. It’s ridiculous.

I don’t know what happened to this location because it always used to be good, but recently it’s been absolutely terrible. Made an order, got to the drive thru to pick up an hour before closing, and sat there waiting for probably 15 minutes while they made the food. They hand the bag over, we count the items to make sure they are all there and go home. Open up everything and it’s literally just everything we ordered with just cheese and meat. Call the store and they say we are closing in 10 so you can just come back tomorrow to deal with it unless you make it here in time. We make it there and they tell us they gave us the food like that because they were out of ingredients. Asked for a refund but they didn’t want to do that but offered to sub some food that they could actually make with their limited ingredients. Gave us the new food and sent us out because the store was closed at this point. Got home and they literally did the same thing again except they made inedible sour cream and guacamole burritos instead. Next day called in for the manager and she defended the staffs decision to remake the food that way instead of offering a refund. Said I would have to drive there a 3rd time for a refund but corporate called me back and said they were refunding the order. If you can avoid this location, go to literally any of the other taco bells in the area

I know its hard to find good staff right now, especially because I’m sure taco bell does not pay enough but they are always closed even though their website says open until 11 and it was “confirmed by this business 5 days ago”. This location was closed due to staffing issues for months this past summer and they should of kept it that way. I’d say its open 1 out of 3 times I go and they don’t put enough sauce on the spicy potato soft tacos. its not worth the drive.
