The food and the service were overall pretty good, but the first impression was sketch. Black duct tape held the wrinkled and somewhat damaged menu board together. It seemed to be a Subway that was present because it had to be there—not because it wanted to be there.

Hours on the store window said Monday’s open until 9pm. We left our gathering with friends early specifically because we wanted subway. Arrived 10 minutes before 9pm. For was unlocked, we walk in and the guy says they are closed! I asked “what do you mean you’re closed, the sign says you close at 9.” He said nothing and didn’t even respond. My kids were so sad!

if I could rate 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered online, and we made sure to put exactly what we wanted. We went to pick up our order, when we got home, we found out that our sandwich’s weren’t toasted, he didn’t get double meat, they put the wrong vegetables on the sandwich, they made my sandwich wrong as well. And when I try to go get ahold of someone in store, the phone # just goes straight to voicemail. I can’t even get my money back and it’s pissing me off.

This place can be hit or miss depending on who’s working and if they’re in a poor mood or not. I was ignored the last couple of times while two sandwich makers casually talked about their private lives in front of me, while presumably making sandwiches for phone orders, and never greeted me. I also had one experience where a young lady coughed and then proceeded to try and still make my sandwich – I think not. We stopped going after multiple attempts to give them another shot. I’m not sure what’s so difficult about being nice and making a sandwich.

It is a fairly typical subway shop. The food is generally consistent with other subways I’ve been in. Nothing real special but good. For whatever reason the service seems to be a little slow lately.
Incidentally within the last month or so they have added some kind of opaque coating to the drive-up window so you cannot see inside the store from the drive-up window. I’m not sure what that’s about.

The staff has gotten better and I prepare my sandwich very nicely. But why does this place not have any of the promos like every other Subway in the area? Every time I use the app and try to use one of the promotions they have it says this restaurant does not participate. It’s cool I’ll just go somewhere else but just dumb

There is marquis outside the strip mall that advertises “Subway DRIVE THRU”.
There is also a huge sign in their front window advertising “DRIVE THRU”.
I sat behind a guy in the drive thru for 10 minutes before he finally left. I waited another 2 minutes before s snippy voice told me the drive thru was closed.
HOW DIFFICULT WOULD IT HAVE BEEN TO TAKE A PIECE OF PAPER, WRITE “DRIVE THRU CLOSED” & taped it to your drive thru sign? Seriously, how difficult would it have been not to to inconvenience potential customers? Especially, those who waited patiently wanting to give you their business & money!
You lost 2 customers in a span of 12 minutes! Ever stop to think how many more you’ve lost because of your lack of customer respect? This same thing happened to me 3 years ago & I thought, maybe, you would have improved since then.
