This is my 2nd time coming to this location. First experience was not good, but I always give restaurants a second chance. Well I made my 2nd visit….Unfortunately, there will not be a 3rd. First experience, the store decided to change their hours without notifying customers. So when I’m at the drive thru ready to order (at specified opening time) and then I’m told After waiting for several minutes, that it will be another hour until opening!!!!! 2nd visit, I’m already paying $20 for 3 tacos and a burrito, and the employee has a nerve to tell me, I’m only allowed two sauces per order because of the issues they’re having with high schoolers?!?! Umm.. I mean, thanks for the compliment if you think i’m a high schooler, but seriously….TWO!!! Half a packet per item is not OK! AND… sadly the food was below average. Although if I had enough sauce, it probably would have helped with the taste. 2 visits: Both disappointing. This location needs to do better.

This is absolutely the worst location in the area. The staff is slow and does not care. If they even acknowledge you, they are so rude. I went to this location a few times years ago and was so bad I said I would never go back. I found myself in the area and tried again and nothing has changed. I put in a mobile order for drive thru pick up and sat for nearly 20 minutes. Luckily the several cars behind me backed out and I was able to pull out of the drive thru and park. I went in and no one acknowledged me of course but when they did I asked to swap my order to indoor pick up. Waiting another 15+ minutes while the kitchen staff moved like the sloths from Zootopia while they had a full drive thru and lobby. When I did get my food, they threw it me and walked away before I could ask anything which is par for the course. The food is surprisingly fine all things considered. Save yourself the terrible experience and go to the walnut location by Target in Cary. It has its issues but miles better than this one.

Terrible experience. The cashier at Taco Bell was extremely rude and talked to us in a very patronizing, condescending way. We were just trying to place a simple order, but the attitude made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and it completely ruined the visit. Definitely not coming back if this is how customers are treated.

This tacobell has to be one of the worst in the area. The workers dont acknowledged you when you come in. The manager is very rude in drive through. I didnt see a name tag but he’s pretty tall with highlights in his head and muscular. This is the 2nd time I encountered him. The 1st time I asked for my sauce and he said mam this is not chick Fila! This last time he told me I could wait till he takes my order in drive through or come in.

The owner needs to clean house. I never had a good experience as both a customer and a dasher. The inside of a beefy 5 layer should not be cold. An order that is marked to be ready should be ready for delivery when I arrive. Every metric to evaluate an establishment has been flunked.

I LOVE this location. I have been coming here for years and they are always consistently good. All the workers there are always so friendly and professional. The food is always good and I never have any issues with my orders. I know whenever I come here I will always be satisfied with my food and get great customer service.

I go here often for lunch breaks at work. If you are in a rush place your order for pick up in store, will 97% of the time be ready immediately. Food is on the higher end of quality for Taco Bell for sure.
