The absolute slowest taco bell I have ever visited. I stood, alone, in the dining room waiting for my order as cars came and went through the drive through while I watched them order, receive their food and drive away. Finally after 15 minutes of waiting… well, so much for fast food.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I just paid $15 for the worst Taco Bell meal I’ve ever had. If I have been to 100 Taco bells in my life, this is the worst one of all of them by far. I will never go back to this location. Not worth the risk.

Alrighty, so I’ll admit I don’t usually get Taco Bell. However, I’ve been getting it recently and it hasn’t been bad, until today. I got a friend to pick up some food for me and it was alright, typical Taco Bell, but I tried some of the taco’s and they tasted like straight PLASTIC. It was weird. This is the first time it has ever happened to me with Taco Bell so i won’t hate on them too much.

consistently the worst taco bell in the entire tristate area. they constantly say they are “out” of items because they don’t want to make more. trust and believe if they tell you they’re “out” of something it is not true, sometimes they will stop making food items as early as 10pm (mind you they are open until 3am). the attitudes are horrible, the way they speak to and treat customers is appalling. i feel like this location has absolutely zero oversight whatsoever.

pulled up to the drive thru and said i needed a minute to look at the menu. the girl taking my order was extremely rude. i ask for nacho fries and she says they’re out for the night which i had no problem with. she also said they’re were out of nacho cheese which i also understand. but the way she was talking to me was straight up ignorant. i got fiesta potatoes knowing i wasn’t gonna have the nacho cheese, a chicken enchilada burrito and a double stack taco. the fiesta potatoes barely had any sour cream on them and were cold. the burrito was cold and the tortilla was like old and crusty. i didn’t even eat the taco hahaha. it would just be nice to be treated a little better and get okay quality food. not asking for much. i try to give people the benefit of the doubt and i don’t even want to sound like a karen but i’ve never experienced this before.

My online order was for over $100.
One meal of 2 chalupas, a hard taco and a large drink was not received at all.
All the drinks were ordered as larges but we were given smalls.
An order of Nachos BellGrande didn’t have enough meat, cheese and sour cream to go with even half the chips.
The Mexican pizza was placed in the bag first, then the rest of the food was piled on top of it. All the cheese was completely stuck to its lid when we opened it.
I’ve written to them through the app twice and have not heard back. If we get some sort of refund for the food the was completely missing or inedible, I will update this rating and let you know.
I got an email from Taco Bell letting me know that they received my complaint and I would be hearing from them soon. I didn’t get this kind of email the first time I complained. Maybe I did something wrong trying to send my complaint the first time or maybe something went wrong on their end. But I am now very hopeful that we might get this resolved.

I suggest no one at all go to this Taco Bell first time I went got a burrito and it was like soup on the inside second time I went they completely butchered my order and gave me the wrong shit third time I went the lettuce was rotten wilted and see-through this is the worst Taco Bell in the entire tri-state area I suggest you spend the $5 in gas and go to St Clairsville

I order food from Doors dash and two of the three items were wrong. I went to the facility to have the order fixed. Once there an employee told me that I will most likely have to go though doors dash to get it fixed, but she will double checked with the manager. The manager came out and told me the same thing, but he would have my order remade. I then proceeded to call door dash customer service while waiting for my order. After that the manager came back out and had my new order ready. While I was on the phone with the customer service representative, I went through my bag to see if the order was right and notice the cheesy roll ups that were made were pretty badly smashed and distorted. I brought this up with the employees and was told that’s just how they were made. One employee got pretty mad and told me (Ill just remake them) very rudely and stormed off. Then another employee came over to the counter and told me that’s just how they are made. Even after I showed them what they looked like they dismissed it and walked away. I don’t think I’ve ever been treaded so rudely by any fast food or restaurant. Its just cheese rolled up in a tortilla. How hard can it be? Well, I would recommend anyone not to go here till they get things fixed with their staff and their service. Most likely I will not be going back here even if they do get better.
