Overall, a fantastic experience every time; I’ll definitely be back!
**I took a picture on my 2nd visit. I wish they all had this setup!
When I picked up my order, I immediately noticed the extra soy milk I paid for was missing. When I politely asked the barista about it, her response was dismissive and condescending. She stated, “If you wanted the cup filled to the top, that would be a latte,” and continued to lecture me on drink definitions and store procedures.
At no point did I ask for the cup to be filled to the top. I simply asked why the extra soy milk I ordered was not included. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution, the barista escalated the situation and made it unnecessarily uncomfortable.
In all my visits to this location, I have never experienced such an unpleasant interaction. Historically, baristas have been kind, professional, and solution-oriented. This interaction fell well below the level of service I expect and reflects a clear need for additional customer service training.
