Had use the kiosk inside and they still got my order wrong. Steak chalupa with no tomatoes. And they added tomatoes. It’s not that hard to not add an ingredient. Done going here.

i paid 90 cents for extra cheese on my order of nachos but there was barely any cheese on there. when i asked all i got was ‘that is extra cheese i put two pumps’. i would’ve been okay with that answer if it didn’t come with attitude.

Best fast food service ever! I’m usually visiting in the evening, and I see a lot of the same crew, so this is mostly about the evening shift. Not only are they extremely fast and accurate, but also super accommodating and helpful if there’s a problem (like if you accidentally place a mobile order for the wrong location, or the app let you place an order for something they are out of ingredients for). This evening crew also always seems to be in a great mood and cheery!

The food was good tasted fresh but in my double chicken power bowl I only got five little pieces of chicken, but I got 4 pounds of red cabbage. At first, I didn’t even think it had chicken in it and I finally found a piece or two.
The chicken taco only have four little pieces of chicken in it. It didn’t even cover the whole bottom of the taco left this Taco Bell filling completely gipped. Spent $15 but only got a dollars worth of chicken in the whole meal.

Love the grilled stuffed burrito… however, it is never made the same, always taste different & is put together differently. My order is never correct, regardless of the time of day. They are usually quite happy to offer to correct the mistake or offer free food next visit. Service is usually fast & friendly.

It’s sad when you place your order and double check order at the drive thru only to realize that they still got it wrong. I ordered a steak burrito with everything except rice. I asked not once but twice to confirm no rice. The drive thru employee confirmed. I paid and and pulled over just to make sure. Not only was it rice inside but it was missing the steak. Smh. I went back thru the drive thru and the same lady was there. I showed her my content and she apologized awkwardly and told them to remake it. The looks on the their faces were priceless. I didn’t say anything, just left. Smh. As you were.
