I was the only customer. They weren’t busy at all, but they made all the mistakes. I requested without the pinto beans and they added that. I also requested for a vegetarian chalupa and they gave me meat. Totally wouldn’t recommend ordering here yourself – just order online.

Carry out only, doesn’t accept mobile orders, and burritos that are typically $1.00 at every other TB (even in expensive cities) are all $1.79 or more. Didn’t end up eating here. Only giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly, I hope they’re getting paid well for the prices this location charges but I doubt it.

First, no bone-in chicken, then no ice in our drinks. When I asked for some compensation for receiving a chicken sandwich I didnt want to order with a warm ice tea, I was given en a cookie. I had suggested a fry. We got 2 meals. Sandwich combo and famous bowl meal. It was $18. My meal alone was profit enough to go buy a couple bags of ice. Is this the way KFC/Taco Bell is training their managers to handle customer service? I wasnt worth a small FF to make up for the fact that the thing their known for wasnt even on the menu, or a cold drink to wash down my dry chicken sandwich. Fat chance I’ll return to this location again. They thought my $20 was just fine though.

Have used drive thru several times in last 4 months, but the last time it took 20 minutes! That will be my LAST TIME for at least another 4 months! I tried to be appreciative of those working in this age of shortages, but something’s definitely wrong with their payroll size/ employee offerings and/or workplace environment. When they handed my chicken quesadilla to me, it was already cold and also gritty–did it get dirt on it? Dunno and don’t care. Maybe you’ll get lucky on your visit, but I’ll steer clear–they obviously can’t handle my business.
