It seemed to be a meeting of four employees in the dining area while they asked customers to pull up after already paying to wait for our food. I waited over 20 minutes, maybe even over 30 minutes, for my meal in the drive-thru. When I was given my drink, it was overflowing to the point that I had to ask for napkins while it got all over the inside of my car door, and the top wasn’t fully on.

The young man was nice when giving the drink and bringing out food but that did not make up for the wait time.

To top it off, the food was not fresh. The fries were so cold and bad that I threw them out. The burger was okay. Not to complain about getting more, but I ordered a single and received a double. The nuggets had to be reheated in my air fryer, and that still barely helped.

I just can’t go here anymore people! The staff is extremely rude and seems distracted most often! I’ve tried to get over the issues with the staff and inaccurate orders in my visits to this location. But, today, I tried to order a plain burger, apples and fries. But the poor order taker first, welcomed me to “McDonald’s” (no joke) before correcting himself. I ignored that, but then he couldn’t get my order right. When i tried to tell him he missed the apples, he simply told me my total and asked me to drive around without addressing my question. So, I simply drove off and made up my mind never to return, it is not worth the trouble.

I do hope you all can do better before there are literally no satisfied customers left to keep your location afloat! Good training goes a very long way!

Ordered the nuggets party pack from this location (50 nuggets). They refused to give me a receipt, then only gave me 20 nuggets of the 50 I paid for. When returning to the location, they said they didn’t remember me, and I didn’t have a receipt because they refused to give it to me in the first place. Don’t go here, they’ll steal your money.

My husband and I ordered from here and the workers were extremely rude. We ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up the food, the menu said they no longer served the pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger, but we were able to order it online. We expected them to let us know that they no longer served it, but to our surprise we got the burger. When we opened it, it had mold on the top bun. I took pictures, but for whatever reason it won’t let me add a photo. They had us pull up for the drinks and basically threw them into my husband’s hands. He ordered a Dr.Pepper but was given a lemonade instead. I do not recommend eating here at all. They clearly do not care about their establishment or customer service.

This location never gets your order right. It is always wrong. If you try to get it fixed it takes twice as long. The employees here don’t care at all.

I came in a bit late before work at 23, which is in opportune I realize that, but I spent 10+ minutes waiting on a spicy 9 on the menu to receive an undercooked chicken patty. I attempted calling and no one answered. I am not pleased.

Last month and this month visiting this Wendy’s has been hands down a stark difference in customer service to food quality!

Yall give these employees a raise or something because they are so professional, kind, and pack our food so neatly, they are dressed neatly too and all of our food is there!!!

This was way different from our first visit back in September. The employees then were rude, hurried and missed half of our order.

So kudos to you guys. This coming from a military family. We love yall!

Usually we have a great time here however this time my wife came through the drive through and the worker already had our food hanging out of the door. More so as soon as my wife barely got her hand on it (just touching it) the worker let it go. If my wife didn’t have two free hands then our food would’ve ended up on the ground.
After all of that my wife still said have a good day and all the worker said was ya you too.
Now I expect this from this city. I have never experienced good food service from this city but nonetheless this Wendy’s was doing good until this experience.
It was pretty terrible and very disappointing.
They didn’t shut the lids on the drinks so they all spilled and items were missing from the order. Who ever was working in the drive thru at 11:35 on 2/10/2025 you need to find a new line of work. Customer service is not for you.
The food was also not fresh and anyone with two brain cells can tell it had been sitting for a while.
Pretty disappointed and even the McDonald’s across the street can do better and that’s saying something

Today is July 18th 2025. I just left out this location at 10:50am… They have a young man back there with earpods in his ear that touches them whips his pants with gloves on.. The Guy. With was in back touching everything then got online and started separating cheese and making sandwiches. The young lady at register was nice .. The manager didn’t come to see what I needed done. I asked could everybody change there gloves they just looked at me. And carried on … You hired some people that don’t care about how the food is delivered. I will never come back to place… If you don’t want to work correctly and make sure people don’t get sick you all need to not be in the food business…. I would like someone to contact me so I can send video and pictures of today’s event… I am a paying customer and something is going to be done about this
