This place is truly terrible! I have been here a number of times and it’s rare they get your order right. The staff here does not care about how they make your food, they only care about how fast they can throw the food at you through the window. On a number of occasions the staff will not ask you the size of the order you want. They will say one thing at the box. and when you get to the window they up sized everything to large and a add additional patty to the burger. If you correct them on anything that was not right with the order the staff gets a huge attitude! Steer clear of this location, it seems very shady!

The past few times I’ve ordered here the order has always been wrong somehow via incorrect items or wrong/missing ingredients. The accuracy and consistency at this location has gone downhill. Whoever makes the food doesn’t even know their own recipes bc you will get a different sandwich every time even though your ordering the same one. Today I decided to make this review bc one of the kids meals I ordered didn’t even have chicken nuggets. Will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusting went there yesterday because I was starving when I was about to pull away from the window I saw a manager (assuming because he had a blue button up on) put his FULL PALM on someone’s fries AFTER he was scratching his bare arm that is absolutely DISGUSTING do you know how much skin partials come off you everytime you scratch? I will NEVER EVER EVER eat here… if I wasn’t running late I would have asked for a refund but I just threw it out luckily it was only $7

I don’t know if the people in this establishment can’t comprehend or just do not care how they make your food. It has never fail that my order be completely wrong like completely wrong. This morning I want a biscuits never was told they was out so they just decided to make My sandwich with croissants bread I don’t like that type of bread . And if I would had known I wouldn’t had order it . And then mind you the cup how u going to charge me for a small but place my drink full of ice in a coffee cup . That not a small drink that half of a small drink . Like Wendy’s you need to really do alot better .

Isn’t this supposed to be FAST food? Sitting in line, one car ahead of me, my baby is crying in the backseat and we didn’t move up for 10-15 minutes. It looked like the car ahead of me didn’t even pay yet. They honked and no one opened the window for them and i could see a women standing inside doing nothing. My husband said I could drive away if I wanted to. I did just that!! My baby deserved more than that. We deserved more than that. Hangry paying customers and y’all don’t care!! I’d rather drive on base to that Wendy’s then ever go here again. Time and time again they take FOREVER to get food made. They also ask you to pull up and wait (which makes sense if there was a line), but there was no one behind me… like why??

I rarely leave a review. I went to the drive-thru 2nd in line. Took a while to get small order. The lady in front of me was having a problem because she was trying to get the employees attention while i was at the window. They quickly handed me my bag of food. I tried to ask for the rest of my order but she ran off. Later saw me still waiting at the window came back and said “uhh what do you need”. I then asked for the rest of my order. Seemed annoyed and went off to get it throwin her hands up in the air. Came back handed my a coffee that had it all on the outside of the cup. I attempted to ask for a straw but she closed the window on me and walked off again. Saw me waiting. Came back and said “i gave you your order what do you want”. Straw. The line had built up quite long as this all took a while.

My husband and I ordered from here and the workers were extremely rude. We ordered online and went through the drive thru to pick up the food, the menu said they no longer served the pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger, but we were able to order it online. We expected them to let us know that they no longer served it, but to our surprise we got the burger. When we opened it, it had mold on the top bun. I took pictures, but for whatever reason it won’t let me add a photo. They had us pull up for the drinks and basically threw them into my husband’s hands. He ordered a Dr.Pepper but was given a lemonade instead. I do not recommend eating here at all. They clearly do not care about their establishment or customer service.

Food was good… perhaps slightly below normal standard that I expect from Wendy’s, but the customer service was really bad. When I approached the register to order, the employee just looked at me. I expect to be greeted and asked what would I like to order, but silence. Finally I broke the silence and placed my order. I asked for a single meal number 1, but received a double. Anyhow, to sum up, the employee was borderline rude and certainly unprofessional. I will likely avoid this restaurant in the future .
