One of the worst made Taco Bell meals we’ve ever had. Hardly any toppings in the tacos. The grilled burrito was burned. And the wait was very long for our food. None of the boxes were served in boxes and all our food was thrown in one bag for 5 meals.

1st time dining at this location & I can see why Cook Out next door was busier. This was dinner time and the Drive-thru person either didn’t wanna be there or she just came from a funeral service. Instead of offering what they have, she just said “we’re out” with a cold flat-toned voice. Food was average. Manager, you may want to strategically place your people based on their personality especially during peak hrs. No I won’t be back if I were to experience the same interaction with her. I’m ok waiting in DT line for a little instead with a friendly person at the pick-up window next door at Cook-Out.

Went to Taco Bell for the first time in quite a while today excited. Order receive our food double check everything we ordered was there realizing we were short 1 taco we have to pull back around to wait in the long line of the drive thru cause the dining area is still closed. Finally pull up and they say are you the ones with the free taco? Well no actually we had paid just didn’t receive one. No apology nothing hands us the bag. Get home to this. Last time we will be going to the exit 7 Taco Bell.

I have done several surveys for this taco bell and most of the time I have at least 1 complement to give but its get ridiculous and after my lastest visit I don’t have a single complement to give. It’s only when night shift is working that I have any issues. It’d be different if the restaurant was busy during my visits but they never are when I go through. Not to mention it’s every time I get food from here something is wrong wiht it. Some of what I ordered was a grilled cheese burrito no sour cream, chicken quesadilla, cinnamon twists, a Dr pepper and everything was rang up correctly on the receipt. But before I get to that, I pulled up to the spreaker and sat there for 2 minutes before anyone even spoke to take my order by which point 3 cars pulled in behind me. I get to the window and food was cold by the time I got it. I’m not sure why because as I said it was not busy at all and as long it took for them to finish my order while I was sitting at the window the food should not have been cold. Now for main issues with the food. The grilled cheese burrito no sour cream had a blob of sour cream on one end of it which was also where most of the steak was. The chicken quesadilla, more like a cheese quesadilla. Is there a cinnamon shortage I don’t know about because the cinnamon twists I ordered were all twist no cinnamon. Lastly the dr pepper was flat and had more syrup than it did carbonated water. Get it together night shift, you all need to work more and goof off less it’s not that hard.

I’m paying 3$ for a large drink. Stop dumping a quarter of the cup out. It’s bad enough that almost all the cup is filled with ice. Then dumping it out on top of it is just ridiculous. The excuse I’ve gotten any time I have asked about it is “so we can fit the lid on it”. Those machines are programed and made to where it’s just enough in the cup. It’s on a tilt so it has room left. Leave it alone pick it up straight set it down and put the lid on it. Wam bam thank you ma’am.
