Food was good but no sour cream on my taco, no unsweeten tea. Service was poor. The bathroom was awful very dirty, water on the floor. The floor in the dining area had puddles of sofa on it, it was a safety issue and left the bottom of my shoes sticky. If that was the first Toco Bell l had ever been to l would never go back.

Literally the worst Taco Bell ever. The KFC side was fast. Took over 20 minutes to get my Taco Bell order from inside. When I got my order it was wrong and my pizza was turned upside down. I waited so long to begin with I didn’t even ask for it to be fixed. It was clear the workers on the Taco Bell side didn’t care.

We ordered (6/29/23) KFC sandwich, and Taco Bell (dorito taco, crunch wrap supreme, and potato burrito). Within 2 hours of eating the Taco Bell I started getting severe stomach pain and ended up puking on and off for the next several hours. This morning (6/30/23) my stomach is cramped and still in pain…not puking though .

I enjoyed my food this time, but It is because I didn’t order my favorite, the crunch wrap supreme. I had to give it up years ago because the quality varied dramatically and I could never figure out why half the time there was no crunch in 5hr crunch wrap. We needed to stop mid 10 hour road trip and am glad I went to taco bell but taking a bite of my wife’s crunch wrap left a bad taste in my mouth (figuratively speaking). The meat was all bunched up in about 20% of the sandwich, there was no crunch at all and it was quite disappointing. Taco bell should retire it, or figure out how to make them consistent.

This was a KFC and Taco Bell. We ordered a couple of KFC meals from the drive-thru. We literally had to wait 50 minutes to get our food. They left us sitting there at the window while other cars behind us lined up around the building, waiting for their order. Some cars even pulled out and left. I felt so bad for the people behind us. I know they were probably cussing us thinking we ordered a whole lot. They never said it may take 5 minutes or 40 minutes. He just left us sitting there. Finally, after 25 minutes waiting at the window, the lady opened the window and said they were just waiting on our chicken and asked me to pull up. I pulled up thinking it would only be a couple more minutes, and I had already invested all this time waiting. However, after waiting another 10 minutes, I walked inside to find out what was going on. Every worker looked at me like and never spoke. I waited 5 minutes for, I guess, a manager who said she would bring it out when It was ready. Waited another 10 minutes and then…FINALLY, FOOD!

Recommend not using the drive-through if you come here. Without fail, any time we’ve been here, you spend roughly 15-20 mins in the drive-through line. The employees are mostly nice, but they spend more time socializing than being efficient.

The lady that took my order was very flustered by me ordering and she yelled at me when I specified the separate meals I was ordering even though I had already apologized for the confusion. The dude who gave me my food was nice but she was not.
