I normally order from the taco bell close to my job in Houston so I know how the food should be prepared. I had to tear off half of my tortilla on my soft taco and it was still just 2 or 3 bites worth of food. My crunch wrap supreme was completely empty on on side and partially filled through out the rest. Thankfully, I don’t have this location near my home or work. Worst Taco Bell on food prep.

HORRIBLE experience, store on West Mercury Blvd. If I could give zero stars I would. The driver tossed the bag onto the porch so all the food was a mess – but the food was DISGUSTING anyway. The nachos had a few tablespoons of cheese, no sour cream, no refried beans and a stone cold tablespoon of black beans. The second one was the same except he got meat and there was hardly any of that either. It was basically just broken chips. The hard tacos were soggy and inedible. The nacho fries were stone cold and when I heated them up they were disgusting and grainy. We spent $75+ on all the food and the only thing somewhat edible were the couple burritos we ordered, even though they didn’t add any of the extras we paid for. We tried to call and talk to them about it and they didn’t care – didn’t even say sorry. This place is a DISGRACE. They made it very clear they didn’t care and they should for how much we spent. I can’t stress enough to not order from here – in store or delivery.

I’ve eaten here few times since I moved to this neighborhood. I must say, this place is the best taco bell I’ve had. Kitchen staff, whoever you are— thank you for adding plenty veggies and sour cream on my Doritos supreme tacos! Yum!

Went in the drive thru about an hour ago. The food was fine. The girl at the drive thru window was rude. Told me my total and said nothing else. Also closed the window in my face while I was trying to speak twice!

Terrible! Has got to be the WORST location in Hampton. Taco fries are supposed to be orange!! This item is probably one of the most anticipated on the menu and to finally have them back and to taste absolutely disgusting is just disappointing. They’re soggy, tasteless basic fries without the seasoning and not cooked correctly. This location Sucks! I do not recommend eating here! Disappoints every single damn time. Customer service sucks as well. Get it together Taco Bell.

I don’t know who the manager is at this location but word of advice is to never ever get rid of Paul He has the most exemplary customer service I have ever witnessed at a fast food restaurant. He was so friendly and attentive. I haven’t even tried the food yet, but even if the food is nasty, I would come back just for his service. That is what I am talking about you make sure you keep him around and please don’t take advantage of your good people

This location has stopped serving cups of water. Wanted us to buy bottles only. Small soda was $3.75 and was a child size cup. Quesadilla came only with half the filling and paper wrapper was covered in cheese. Air conditioning was not working well. Also seemed to be a homeless hangout now.
