I ordered a triple smash patty burger only change on the burger was adding lettuce. When I opened it up the box was soggy with grease and sauce. It looked more like a salad that somone had dropped on a greasy un seasoned burger. Everything from the bun that was falling apart too the missing smash patty, and the pickles that were so old they felt more like tomatoes.

The service is great unfortunately the business sucks! The app does not work half the time. Was told I was going to get adiscount added to my app for the last mistake and it was not there. Also did not get a single half priced drink. Despite it saying it would take it off at checkout. $14 for drinks yeah, Im done!!

I went in the late afternoon, of course it was busy. They normally are busy at rush times of day. People should expect that no different than any other fast food place. I got a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberry and was made to perfection. The mozzarella sticks were nice and hot and the burger was made quite well..not slopped together and messy. I enjoy going here. The staff is always friendly and have smiles on their face. Never had a unpleasant experience. Keep up the great work to those who work there.

Food is good 9/10 times. Every now and then you get a mess up. Like my doubld being single paddy with toppings half wiped off instead of a new burger. Also most of their signs aren’t working and you have to get out, type in the number on the pole, and hope there aren’t issues

This was my first time at Sonic, because I’m a tourist. So it was new for me, that there is no inside area. As I saw, Sonic focuses on customers with vehicle, maybe that’s why the outside sitting area was not so clean. The food tasted good, I enjoyed it, but the drink was not refillable, and compared to other fast food restaurants this is a disadvantage. The waitress was very kind and patient.

Always want to make sure I hit up Sonic when in town visiting family; it’s probably my favorite of the fast food burgers and I don’t have one out where I live.
Orders made via the app have made custom orders far more likely to be correct than ordering in-person, so that’s a great thing; it was always a gamble before.
Last time I was there (picking up a mobile order), though, the button at the kiosk was pushed and timed out and I had to push it again. A symptom of being understaffed or hitting in the middle of a rush, I figure, and not a huge problem to me. Just something to be mindful of; you may have to wait a bit.

We ordered pickup, got here and hour after it was supposed to be done thinking it would have given them plenty of time to make our food, then we got here and no one would answer the booth. We’ve waited 45 minutes and still nothing. Someone came out here about 20 minutes ago and gave us someone else’s order and we can’t get anyone to correct it. This is pathetic. It isn’t even that busy, there are just a bunch of kids hanging out which would be fine if people would do their damn jobs.
Edit: we ended up going through the drive through to correct the mix up after waiting over an hour and a half with no one responding to our booth and they treated us like we were an inconvenience. The guy at the window seemed very annoyed with us. We were polite and explained we only wanted to correct the mistake because we knew someone else was waiting in the parking lot for their food since we had it and they didn’t seem to care. I don’t understand how this place has such terrible management that things like this are common…
