Today around 5:30-6PM (unsure as no receipt was provided) my fiance and I went through the drive thru. as we were handed our food the man at the drive thru window SPIT out his window at the side of our car, looked like chewing tobacco. absolutely disgusting!!! tried calling to speak with the manager and the phone is disconnected. walked inside and waited at the counter for minutes and no one came over to help or acknowledged my presence. me and another customer walked out.

Had I known this place LACKED basic professionalism and at least decent customer service i would have taken myself elsewhere for a quick bite. The ONLY reason I gave this place my money is bc myself and 2 hungry kids needed food asap. I visited a little less than 2 weeks ago & when asking for clarity on the freeze drinks (bc I could not hear the initial person very well) another worker (male, rather sassy) interfered and very aggressively and rudely told me they were sold out for the night. No problem at all but don’t take your funky attitude out on a customer, if you hate your job, QUIT ! Usually I flee places with poor customer service but desperation and desperation ONLY (it was later in the evening, we were tired tourists) let me pay this bottom of the barrel taco bell location. Hire better staff. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

Fantastic service through drive thru. Within 2 minutes including Time to order and pay the food was ready and in my hands. The staff were professional and fast. Food was fresh and correctly made. They close earlier than specified hours which is inconvenient and causes the company lose money. I visited on 29 July 2023 at 1:43 AM and the drive thru message was set to “Sorry we are closed”. I wouldn’t have driven here if I would have known that they did not adhere to there hours.

Food is normally good here when the manager is working. After he leaves it goes down hill. Ordered burritos and tacos and needless to say when we got home they packaged the burritos on top of the tacos. Flattened them like a sheet of paper.
