I pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 11:41pm. I knew what I wanted but I’m just waiting for some kind of greeting. So I sat for about 4 minutes then I googled Taco Bell to make sure they were really open. Well they were so I said Hello then i got my first human being no greeting. I’m just trying to understand what you were doing because no customers were at the store but me. So why did it take so long to hear a human on the other end. I see no excuses for that.

Walked in and three of the workers in the back just sat there for five minutes in a circle on their phones while the drive thru line was piling up and someone was waiting in the lobby. After 15 minutes of waiting for a simple order I left.

Clean, prompt service, order was incomplete. Took a long time to get an order even though there were not a lot of customers. Drive thru was being tended to, and cars kept pulling through and leaving, while we waited in the dining area.

in the 90s there was an old lady who worked there named Evelyn who was always super nasty with me because she thought i was stealing soda but all i was stealing was hot sauce packets to shoot at mailboxes with a slingshot out of a car. my friend eventually got expelled from highschool for forgetting the slingshot in his truck at school. 4 stars.

The food was sub-par, and the staff is poorly trained, and the dining room area was not very clean, and the bathroom was disgusting. Clean up your act, or go out of business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is a restaurant where people eat your food. and they could get very sick. It is very irresponsible to allow your restaurant to get to these conditions. I hope you take my advice and clean up your act quickly. Have a blessed day…..
