In the words of my daughter, “leave a 5 star.” It’s so, so, so hard to find fresh healthy options in Wyoming. Here you will find that! The juices are GREAT and freshly made. I had the red desert (I love beets) and my husband had one with cucumber and ginger he enjoyed. The salad and quinoa bowl were awesome. Highly recommend adding salmon. It’s wild, doesn’t taste overly fishy, and was cooked well. You cannot underestimate how large the smoothie bowls are! If I lived here I’d be a regular.

This place is great for breakfast and lunch in Rock Springs Wyoming! We travel across the country each year and stayed in Rock Springs. The Veggies Quinoa bowl with chicken is really fresh and flavorful! Very healthy eating. I also ordered the Old Faithful smoothie which has cold brew coffee and lots of healthy ingredients.

Definitely one of the most enjoyable places to eat in Rock Springs! The meals are always delicious and satisfying. I get something different every time because there’s so many options, and always leave happy. The store hours can be pretty random and often when I try to go, it’s closed. But when it’s open, it’s worth your time!

What a gem!! We stopped by for lunch as we were driving through on a road trip and were excited to find a place serving such fresh, healthy food. My husband and I got the Mediterranean bowl and wrap with lamb meat, along with fresh juice, and it was all delicious! We’ll remember this place for future road trips, for sure.

This was quite the treasure find! While getting stranded in town due to interstate closers. This was right down the way from Holiday Inn Hotel. Perfect place to stroll and stretch your legs to fill up on super fresh and healthy choices. We enjoyed the quinoa bowls, smoothies, fresh juice and a shot. The music playing was fun and calm easy to hold a conversation with others. The service was top notch as everything was made to order. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable on what shots would help boost energy or help healing. I would have taken pictures but it smelled so good once we got it and it was absolutely perfect after hitting the gym. Thank you for being here and giving healthier options for those traveling thru.
