They are stingy with their hot sauce packets. I ordered 5 items and was given 4 hot sauce packets. I was in the drive thru and asked to “pull forward” so I went inside to get some more. I had to ask for a few more since they are not sitting out, the short woman with glasses gave me a dirty look. Won’t be going back.

Food is good but the service could be so muchh better, some of the workers are very rude. Also a few time my family had came here we asked for kfc and they just gave us the opposite like a bunch of tacos which we didn’t ask for.

The food was pretty good. Customer service was poor, I waited at the counter, with no other customers ahead of me, for at least 10 minutes until an employee acknowledged me. Also, the letters in the menu sign are way too small to read comfortably. The KFC menu, which is directly beside the Taco Bell menu, is easy to see and read.

Arrived at 11:35 PM and the store says it closes at 12:00 AM. Pull up to the speaker box and an automated voice tells me the location is closed. Update your damn hours!

I asked for potato wedges, they gave me fries, they didn’t give me 3 soft beef taco supremes and 2 beefy $1.00 burritos, they were out of Mexican Pizza, I paid over $30 and got $22 worth of food. I called and the person told me to come back anytime and they would complete my order. There’s no receipt in my bag so how am I suppose to prove I ever paid for this meal? She also told me they don’t have potato wedges, why wasn’t I told that when I ordered. The lighting in the lot is so bad you can’t check your order and the cashier didn’t repeat my order to me before they handed the bag to me. They didn’t bother to check my order either. My pot pie was turned sideways in my bag so the crust is busted up. My wife didn’t get her meal so I’ll give her mine. I’ll eat the rest of a refrigerated frozen pizza and mumble under my breath about this terrible experience. You really let me down KFC Taco Bell.
