The staff is VERY friendly here, that’s why they got 2 stars instead of one. That’s not my issue. Unfortunately I simply will not explain to anyone there why they can’t charge 2.79 for this and serve it to people for money. I’m not going to debase myself that way, I’ll just vote with my feet and go somewhere else. This is what I get every time I spent 15-20 dollars for just myself.

I am sort of disappointed. I’ve been living in the city now since 2017 at which time taco bell was my favorite place to get my favorite, Chalupas. Just like than years later it’s still the same. I’ve never in all my years getting chalupas I guess you’ve changed the process of preparing the shell.
The texture was great at other taco bells light crusty, flakey from frying it in a vat I guess that’s how they were done.
Tonight 1 purchased 1 chalupa Supreme and the shell was thin not fried, hard and oily it was a torture to eat but I was hungry. I can’t afford to just throw food away. It was like a corn tortilla shell, thin like taco shell folded in half. I put it in the microwave to warm it up and I don’t even live but 1 minute from taco bell here in Cumberland from where I received my food. After my first experience about 8 yrs ago and my experience now felt the same way. It really was awful. Just like than I tell people what up. I will do do the same.ì

Usually I love Taco Bell Food. However I Had Dinner From There Last Friday And The Quality For Food Was Absolutely Horrible. I Ordered the Fiesta Potatoes And They Were Dried Out And Crunchy So I tossed Them. Then I Got The Spicey Potato Soft Tacos. They Had About 5 Potatoes On Them And They Were Horrible So They Were Tossed Also. Come On Taco Bell You Can Do Better Than This!

Store employees kicked out multiple door dashers at 10 pm, while we were waiting for our orders inside. There were others inside, and the doors were not locked. Why is it necessary to kick us out when we have been here waiting for the orders for 10 minutes plus?

There’s a girl that works there. She’s skinny. Dark brown hair and she usually works the drive thru. She is the sweetest Taco Bell worker I have EVER met. She’s always so pleasant and patient. The food has always been good. & It’s usually always clean whenever I visit. Especially the bathrooms.

Quick stop for lunch while in Cumberland. Ordering via the kiosk was fast and easy – although I miss ordering at the counter.

This particular Taco Bell is always clean and the staff is friendly. I’ve been enjoying Taco Bell since I was a child in the 60s. This is by far the best Taco Bell from California to New York.
