It was a long wait to order food. Then just getting food. Waitress (Rhiauna)was unprepared she came out with order didn’t even ask if we needed anything else. She didn’t give us straws for our 4 drinks when I asked she said she’d bring but I told her I was trying to order something else and had not been served so she hit button again for me, which I had done already. I ordered a bag of ice and same waitress (Rhiauna)came back with no straws. Pretty much just handed bag and left. She definitely was unprofessional. When we got home to finally eat, my cheeseburger was horrible all soggy and only white nasty pieces of lettuce almost thought it was onion, just bad food and service

I just a HORRIBLE experience at Sonic’s! Probably will never go back to this location EVER AGAIN!! I see why they have 3 stars… My order was messed up twice and when I asked the manager “Tayler” who’s in the picture to give me a pretzel that I ordered her was response was I don’t got time and walked away! So I patiently waited for my pretzel that I never got until I got out my car and stood at the the window. another lady that works there helped me and got it to me. It literally took 40 minutes for them to make my pretzel. Do NOT GO HERE!! Save yourself the headache!

Waited at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes, nobody took my order so I went to a spot to place my order and they told me to move to a closer one. That it was only 1 car hopper. So I did that, then It takes another 10 minutes before I could place my order. Took 20 minutes to bring 2 drinks and a corndog.. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. Everytime I come it takes forever. Only reason I go nobody in Wilson has cherry limeade.

Our group ordered 10 milkshakes. They all came out with no labels and when we asked what was what she said I don’t know. They were all topped with whipped cream so we had no way of knowing whose was whose. Luckily no one in our group had any food allergies. It was mystery shake night. Lol

I went to this sonic location back in December of 2022 for a Route 44 sweet tea (obviously wanted a lot of the drink if I got that size). When I got down the road, the tea was not sweet and tasted like the bottom of the urn. I was disappointed because I didn’t have time to go back. Now, yesterday (06/18) I went for a Lg tea, thinking that this time would be different. Nope, tasted the exact same. I didn’t complain because I tried to give credit that it was close to closing and that would be the only tea I would get for the night. Today, I happened to go back to Wilson so I went back to address it and get it replaced. While they were polite, the tea tastes the exact same. At this point, I would have been better off not going at all. (Hence, I went 10 minutes out of my way on Sunday for tea)

The staff is amazing and kind. Our meal was delicious as always. Unfortunately our car broke down right in the parking lot! They were very helpful and patient as we sorted it out. Thank you to everybody who checked on us during the breakdown.
