Pretty standard combined Taco Bell and KFC. Quick service, clean dining room. Food acceptable though not particularly noteworthy. Has a drive-thru window and ample parking.

I placed a mobile order to pick up at the window. When I arrived at the store I went to the speaker the person told me to pull over to the mobile parking pickup area so I drove over there and there’s a sign that says grab inside and go which is not what I asked for. I drive back to the window and she tells me that my order is not ready and that I need to go park there and I asked her are you going to bring my food out to me and she says yes but she never communicated that to me she said my order would be ready in 5 minutes and I am sitting here and it’s 10 so I’m getting ready to drive back through. She then told me that the reason she parked me was because it was going to take the 5 minutes and she didn’t want to mess up her timer. Well I understand but communication would have been nice and I am now sitting here for 12 minutes

Came for lunch, placed an order and told them the drink syrup needed to be replaced, they informed us they were out of C02 throughout the restaurant after we ordered. We got water and went to eat, part of the order was missing but they did correct that. The beans on the nacho bellgrande looked like they were cooked several days ago or reheated several times. The toilet was actively backing up in the ladies room and we told the cashier, who responded with “yeah, we know”. Sitting in the dining room eating and several workers were in the kitchen yelling/singing at the top of their lungs. We are not ones to complain, but I wouldn’t bother wasting your money.

this taco bell has been really on point the last few weeks. in store, pickups, and delivery. the last couple times i’ve been into the store, it seems like they’re really understaffed. it’s unfortunate, but a small staff can really only do so much.

I will never go to this location or a taco bell again. I was told we have 20 orders ahead of you with no one in the drive thru. They let me sit there for 10 minutes and then asked me to come inside. I placed a order for 1 meal and it took 55 minuets. The manager would not give me my money back and it was 15$. They had 4 of us waiting for an hour while they were then serving people at the drive thru in which I was not able to be served in? I dont understand. I’m done with taco bell for life. Ruined it

8-10-23 update. Most inconsistent food ever! Never taste the same. Used to love the Mexican pizza & cinnamon twist but now, they both taste like nasty grease. What have y’all done to them! Maybe the manager or owner should start tasting the food for quality control because it’s so bad.
