The negative reviews are brutal… I hit the drive thru around 1230pm. The gal was super nice on the mic and confirmed my order. The was really friendly at the window and accommodated my request for chopsticks.

Ordered Online. Drove in the (-15) to get the food only to get it home to find not what I ordered. The labels on the styrofoam container showed what I ordered but somehow the people working couldn’t fill them correctly. After arguing with my wife about it shes telling me not to go back there because issues could arise she said she will call them. They tell her to bring in the receipt thats all they would do. Who the HELL wants to drive back out in the (-15) because somebody cant follow simple directions. Manager was poor in this matter and non customer friendly. Customer Satisfaction far from there mind.

Be careful going here in the drive through, you might inconvenience the workers and they’ll have to get of their phone to help you. On top of that, they will miss items and don’t get the chow mein unless you want a little bit of noodle with your wilted brown onion. Overall, pretty sure management gave up on this location. The Grandview location is 100x better, you get fresh food and an actual smile.

I found at this location you have to go inside to know what is fresh BEFORE ordering 🙂 For some reason, they tend to be the worst location with freshness that I have experienced. The last two times have been good experiences only because I could see what was just made and not sitting or almost gone. The chow mein is my favorite, nothing special to it, but I like it better than their rice options. The new spicy orange chicken is delicious when made fresh, not sitting. The flavor is good and it’s not too spicy. The chicken and string beans is also good when it hasn’t been sitting for too long, same for several of their other dishes. The most recent visit, the restaurant was clean and didn’t have dirty tables and soda station area of clean and stocked full. The manager making orders was super friendly, kind and didn’t rush you. The hot food was all fresh at this visit, it was around 2pm so not during a busy time.

Well, most panda express can be iffy. But this location and how hot and fresh the food was, MADE ME COME BACK two more times! Not a long wait, big portions which I love, and we are always satisfied with the food! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and white rice via drive thru. I asked for a regular size soda. The drive thru lady set it to large. I stated, “no, I ordered a regular”. She said, “yeah that’s what I said”, as I looked at the screen reading “large”. I clarified the sizes, and once again specified a regular sized drink. I could audibly hear her sigh at annoyance for me to place the order I asked for. It took her less than a second to correct the order. And I am fairly certain I still received a large soda.
