“I ordered a plate of orange chicken and veggies from Panda Express and I wish I hadn’t. The chicken was so greasy it felt like I was eating a bucket of oil, and the veggies were so mushy they fell apart when I tried to poke them with my fork. I couldn’t finish my dinner and ended up throwing up. Stay away from this place, it’s a nightmare.”

Something’s wrong here, not a normal Panda; might be staffing, food shortage, or maybe they’re going out of business. Pulled up a few times when the drive thru is open but dine in is not; always missing food offerings and like the other reviews state, the food doesn’t taste right all the time.

We pulled in at 8, store closes at 8:30. They closed early due to “staffing issues” and “food shortage issues” even though we counted 8 employees sitting inside. We have had multiple issues with this location since before covid started and they always seem to be out of multiple items on the menu and are never consistent on portion sizes. Honestly we will not be returning to this location ever again due to the constant issues. This location needs better management put in place and more oversight from the head office. Do better Panda Express.

Every time I come here to eat they are out of something. Whether it be a dish or side. Never fails. Last time they were out of Orange Chicken “for the day” I was told. This was at 1:30 pm in the afternoon. Seriously? Your signature dish and you are out at 1:30? The person in charge of maintaining stock and or the owners are doing a terrible job. Between the noticeable decrease in portions, coinciding with the new normal price increase and new normal poor service, I won’t frequent this location any longer.

We went there for dinner around 4:30 7/2/23, had very limited options to choose from, food was extremely dry and not very flavorful, it was an extremely disappointing experience as I have never had panda, but my husband has, and always heard good things. We will not be returning there again.

The only reason for the four stars is for the heavy door. I’m disabled n it hurts my back n neck to push or pull their door open coming or going. Other than that they have the pandas that my kids love, food n service were GREAT!
