Thank you to the drive-through clerk for being awesome this evening. I ordered a 3 soft taco meal and added a beefy 5 layer burrito and a chipotle chicken melt. I received half a bag full of sauces since I requested a mix of sauces when asked. The guy piled on the sauces as he was walking to the sliding window so much that they were falling out of the bag. I didn’t ask for an insane amount or specify any quantity, but he more than delivered. I mentioned that he may have gave me too many, but too much is better than less and thanked him. I assume he’s a new guy and hope he doesn’t get fired for depleting their sauce supply in the name of customer service. You are a legend. 5 Taco Bell items ordered: a year’s supply of sauces. Food was a little roughly made, even considering it’s Taco Bell. So, I had to give a 3 for food.

Sub par preparation of food as you see in all other taco bells. Always have to open up items and evenly spread ingredients yourself because the ingredients are ALWAYS lacking in quantity and quality and is usually all on one side or the other and never NEVER evenly spread throughout. I feel like you have to order and pay for extra meat just to get enough to cover the item completely.

Encountered a rude employee for the first time here today. Didn’t know the sour cream was included in one of the boxes but they were rather rude about it and didn’t seal up the boxes well- making them and two drinks hard to carry. The manager was kind and sealed the boxes for me before I left. Opening the sides of sour cream up out of the bag upon arriving at home, we found we received hardly any and it was smeared all over the containers very messy. This is unacceptable . Hesitant to return ….

Well needless to say that Someone or A few individuals will be removed or building closure- BEWARE: I stressed this evening about my Wife’s Severe allergies with lettuce…I myself sacrifice eating it because she can’t be near it as it could be fatal. So I mentioned it Not once- Not Twice- Three separate occasions. Even then the drive thru personnel offered for me to “Round up my total for children” I said verbatim “Absolutely, as long as you make sure you take care of me with the lettuce, it’s important” She confirmed- and reassured me. :RE-ASSURED there will be no lettuce. Well not only was there lettuce inside the meal(s)- there was lettuce in the bag . & You can guess what happens next. I have a child he’s One years old and for him to witness this. Don’t you worry buddy. This is not over.
