Came here after reading the reviews expecting mediocrity and sad food. I was extremely disappointed. I got smoldering hot, fresh, crispy, delicious, perfectly seasoned fries. My cheeseburger was juicy and flavorful and my bun was soft and warm. I ordered extra/add jalapenos and they were crisp, flavorful, and spicy. Also ordered a cherry limeade. It was very good.
0 out of 10, you did not meet expectations. You need to lower your game, Sonic.

Food was shit 4 different times going in there first time I went in asked for ketchup and pickles only on my sandwich and they gave me everything went in for a free sandwich replacement wasn’t the sandwich I was supposed to get sat there for 30 minutes because they had to remake the sandwich went back lastnight and said no butter they put butter im lactose intolerant it made me sick today I thought id give it one last shot and went for 4 orders of sides took 45 minutes for something that should have been done in 15 the onion rings were over cooked/burned and cold the toffee bites were raw in the middle and uncooked. 0/10 dont recommend anyone go here

Disappointing experience. I went to get through the drive thru and tried to order and the worker said that she couldn’t hear me and asked me to pull up to the window. So I did and put in my order there. I ordered a Sonic cheeseburger burger with no pickle or onion. The worker kept asking for clarification and I spoke very clearly what I wanted. But when I got home my burger had everything I asked to be taken off on it and none of the other stuff I wanted. Really upsetting due to the fact that I pulled up to the window so they could hear me better and made very clear what my order was, yet my order was still wrong.

I placed a mobile order, arrived and checked in at a stall at 6:36pm. I would love to be able to accurately comment on the quality of the drinks, but by 7:03 my kid and I couldn’t wait any longer. I had pressed the red button twice and never heard anything. I double/triple checked that I put in the correct stall (they weren’t”5 exactly all filled up or anything either). So we finally just left. Obviously it wasn’t a lot of money, but it was definitely a waste of it. Highly do not recommend for any kind of “fast” dining experience.

Clayton took our order. He could not hear us even though we were basically yelling. He messed up our order after clarifying it multiple times. He was very rude to us. Our order was not even placed and we had to press the red button again to be able to pay and place the order. He brought out our food and cussed at us for ordering two drinks. Very disappointed with our sonic experience and will never be returning to this location.

Food can take anywhere from a few minutes to close to an hour to receive, regardless of how busy they are or aren’t, or whether or not you order ahead. Sat there long enough quite a few times despite ordering ahead, while there was not many people there, and still waited over half an hour to receive it. Service is still 3 stars because whoever comes out is generally very friendly!
