I ordered by app . Absolutely sure I made the order with out cheese. They still gave cheese !! The people who have allergies (I’m ok I don’t have any) just be careful!!!! They don’t look at the screen or don’t know how to maybe I apologize!! And they don’t have me fresh potatoes. It’s kind of coming tradition not to give fresh food for Taco Bell I guess.

We had a $30 order and one of the orders was nachos bell grande. The chips were so stale that we couldn’t even bite into it. It tasted like cardboard. We only took one bite and asked if we can return it or get credit towards it. The cashier had an attitude and was rude. She even told us “Give me the card”. If you are in customer service you need to treat your customers better.
