I’m trying to understand why this location does not have, cannot give a cup of water??? I was told they do not give but “we” have bottled water for sale! I made a legitimate two item purchase. I should be afforded a cup of water with my meal and not have to pay for bottled water or a soft drink. Someone/Taco Bell/Yum Brands help me understand.

I was here tonight ordering some tacos at the display in dining room and a woman with a child kindly asked the employee if she could have a cup of water. She had just purchased food. The employee told her that they couldn’t give a cup of water. I do not know the woman but it bothered me so much that I asked the employee why that was. He stated that they are a franchised store and they do not give out water. That may be the case but that is horrible customer treatment for a customer that just purchased your product. The staff was unprofessional and giggling. I told them I would be leaving and didn’t order and won’t return. Shame on the management of this place. Will never return.

I strictly asked for no tomatoes on an item because my girlfriend is allergic. The screen at the drive thru stated no tomatoes on the order! She took a bite and there were a lot of tomatoes inside which triggered a reaction. Also, I asked for no reciept and upon checking my credit card statement the person at the register rounded up my order without asking and charged me more. Overall terrible service, very dissatisfied with this Taco Bell.

I love this taco bell!! Everyone is so nice. We’re vegan so we do a lot of customizations and they always do them correct. This last time I accidentally customized wrong and they remade it for me!!!!!

Who ever heard of nachos without halopeno peppers at least optional? Said peppers are not allowed on nachos. Charged me $3.07 for a glass of water, then had to get a manager-type to credit my card the $3.07 when I said no thank you. The Bell down the street has much better employees. Worth the drive to go there.

Would give a 0 star if I could. Gave me cold food and refused to remake / warm up. Young hispanic girl was rude taking my order too. Cut me off then proceeded to refuse selling me water then gave cold food. Trash.

I ordered by app . Absolutely sure I made the order with out cheese. They still gave cheese !! The people who have allergies (I’m ok I don’t have any) just be careful!!!! They don’t look at the screen or don’t know how to maybe I apologize!! And they don’t have me fresh potatoes. It’s kind of coming tradition not to give fresh food for Taco Bell I guess.

FYI if someone requests beans no meat and you give them black beans instead of refried beans which it specifies which beans are in the app aswell maybe give them Refried beans?? Maybe hire workers that know how to read!

First time at this particular location. Manager was very pleasant. I was impressed that he went around cleaning and tidying up. It’s always nice to see leadership pitching in whenever and wherever needed.
Order was correct and the food was tasty.
