Whoever cut the lettuce needs lettuce chopping lessons. The steak was not chewable. And overall seems overly salty. Portions however were done perfectly. While I made it to the end of the line I waited a few minutes for assistance to checkout while cashier was restocking tortilla chips. Proceeded to move a trash can and then open a thing of tortilla chips. And then assist me after.

What I got. (See disgusting slop on the right with literally nothing I requested except the steak. There’s a gross paste on it and it smells like sweaty feet. Also, the chips I ordered were soggy from the salsa spilling on them. I’ll never go back to this location. There goes $16 down the drain!

The food here is always so good! I love the off street parking for this Qdoba.. management is AWESOME. The crew is Awesome. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were clean (which I appreciate so much). I love so much that this Qdoba has outdoor seating too- it’s perfect for summer time. This location is very popular and is almost always busy- but the crew always gets through the lines super fast. The picture doesn’t do it justice- as I had already dug in! Qdoba is my comfort food- thank you Qdoba on Oakland!

Dirty store, was given an incorrect bowl missing half my toppings. I went in and the guy behind the counter told me he could “put some of the stuff on the side”. Took some convincing, but he eventually remade the order. Food was fine.

This location consistently has friendly service and fresh food. I did have a disappointing experience yesterday, but I spoke with one of the managers (Marco) who was extremely friendly and made sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a quick and fresh tasting meal, head into this Qdoba location!

Have ordered before and I have been a customer these last 2.5 years but there is always something wrong with these meals. This time the size was not enough for 1 serving it was even less in each of the 3 bowls I ordered. The burrito was half full and the over all taste was bland and cold. The brown rice was so dry and hard just not fresh. Not even half of a spoon of guacamole, not a normal portion of shredded chips and lettuce. I’m very disappointed, in the last year there has been a decline in service and the quality has gone down drastically. Last few orders were missing ingredients and had less of each ingredient portion. This is a consistent problem. I love my regular bowl order and the taste. I recommend it to everyone but this was the last time I would spend money just to be disappointed. $67 for a meal that was a suppose to be be served at its previous standards. It went to waste.Things need to change, before consumers decide to choose other dining options.

i love qdoba – the service is exceptional and the food is very good and fresh. I assume it’s a high traffic establishment since it is near a college campus however they ensure the tables and floor are always clean.

The man that’s always at the register is rude. Didn’t want to give me my receipt or offer it because he knew he overcharged me. He needs to be off the register and actually doing other labor. This location is one of the worst ones IMO but it’s the closest to my house unfortunately.
