Typical Taco Hell. Although this one had automated kiosks installed. I rarely eat fast food and have only used 1 other kiosk before. This one was a little better than the other.

Just waited 30 mins in a drive thru line for cold food!!!! If the manager is training a new employee maybe she could think about doing intelligently by not assigning them to drive thru when there is 8 people waiting 30mins. Her smile did not make up for returning home with cold food. I paid 13bucks for nothing. ht cold cold cold food bc there is no accountability anymore.

I usually love taco bell, but this one was horrific. First of all, there was a smoke smell which may or may not have came from the drunk guy right next to me. The drunk dude was complaining that it took an hour to get his food. I thought that he was crazy until I waited over an hour for my food. The people making the food barely spoke english. There were 6 people just relaxing and only 1 person working, and she took her sweet time making my food. You know I got a handful of sauce packets on my way out. Don’t let this store represent the whole tacobell corp, but DON’T GO HERE!!!!

James is always upbeat, works hard memorizes everyone’s order. James is very kind, caring, courteous and helpful. James is the reason I keep coming back, James truly cares about the customers and represents Taco Bell very well. I used to avoid Taco Bell at one time but because of James I keep coming back. Every time James is working my order is always right. Thank you James for taking care of us customers. Keep up the great work. This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. You have to wait little bit more inside than drive through. One of the staff members over there offered me water cup without even asking. If they speed up like drive thru for customer inside lobby, I will be coming in here often.

Went inside the store to pick up an order. It took over 10minutes to receive any type of help. The whole floors were sticky and the bathroom was disgusting. When I asked to speak to the manager there was no professionalism or attempt to even fix the issue. After seeing the conditions and service I received I will not be coming back here.
