Samantha taking my order provided such great service at the drive thru counter. Made sure my food was made correctly, quickly, and always wore a smile. This is definitely my go to Taco Bell for lunch breaks in Manassas!

Was at the location a few nights ago. They were somewhat crowded. Understood.
So made an order for food. The woman confirmed the order. As I drove up to the drive through window a few minutes later the same woman was staring at me as she swept the entire restaurant and would not come to the window. I waited about five minutes as a person making food kept yelling “hey will you grab that order?!” The woman sweeping kept ignoring him.
Finally the young man came to the drive through window. Completed payment and that was that.
When I went to eat the tacos about ten minutes later they tacos were soggy, broken, and unevenly filled.
I understand. It is fast food. The people there are probably not happy to be overnight. Ok. Though the equipment, knowledge, and ingredients are there. It would not require much effort to make fast food awesome. I actually like the food at Taco Bell. Though like any food when the employees are making the tacos an hour before they are ordered, just throwing the ingredients in the taco shell, then breaking them, yeah, that is not going to be good.

Food was good. Same quality food as any Taco Bell. Lobby and bathrooms were clean and stocked. But the employees tend to ignore anyone that walks up to the counter. Stood there about 5 mins when an employee finally acknowledged us. Instead of taking my order she told me to place it on the kios.

Mexican pizza with rice and extra pizza sauce was very good. Swapped the crunchy taco with soft taco. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. The meat tasted good. The dining area was clean. Staff cleaned the dining area in the 20 minutes I was there. Food was prepared quickly.
Came back a month later, got the same thing and it was made differently than the first time.

Brought back the crispy strips from yesterday. They gave me new ones but. I didn’t like the way they looked either. I asked for a refund and was told it was 3rd party app…but I ordered thru the taco bell app. Any way they taste okay… not horrid but not good either. They definitely do not look the the advertised crispy chicken strips. Lesson learned get chicken from a chicken place! I must say that the employees were all pleasant. They were getting slammed and the Ice dispenser at the drive thru wasn’t working so they had to walk from behind the counter to get ice from the customer self serve station. They were also out of the new Mt Dew Midnite which a lot of people wanted to try because when I went it was happy hour where medium drinks are $1.00. Customers were kinda grumpy too.

Almost choked and died while eating. A corner clipping of a bag was covered in the cheese sauce as I took a bite and cut the back of my throat. Reached out to corporate on dangers and haven’t heard back.

I had placed an order through drive thru they didn’t put my nacho fries with my order i put, drove home saw that it was missing so i drove back to taco bell tried to tell them in the front that i was missing my order and they made me drive to the drive thru all over again and mind you, there was a massive line so i spent another 20 minutes waiting just to get my nacho fries. I got two of their names, one being jackie the other junior ( who doesnt have anything to do with this ) but they were under a manager who refused to give her name. She was very rude and definitely needs to be talked to.

It’s so weird that you don’t even put your order in with a human anymore. I hate that you place your order talking to some AI. What is even worse is that the AI now try’s to BS upsell you. I really can’t think of anything more technology insulting than having a computer tell me that “new fries will go great with the burrito your ordered”.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes at 8:30 at night for a few burritos. We couldn’t leave because we were boxed in at the drive thru lane. Should have given us our food for free.

Dang I ordered 2 orders of 2 Steak chalupas and crunchy taco. They gave me 1 chicken and 1 steak chalupas for each order. Lastly that truly made me laugh was that my crunchy taco had no meat in it.
