I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at MOD Pizza! Every single visit is consistently exceptional, and that is largely because of the outstanding employees who truly make the experience special — especially Rita, Dulce, and Mike.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Rita is an absolute gem — attentive, efficient, and so personable. Dulce brings such positive energy and care to every interaction, making you feel valued and welcomed. And Mike? Simply phenomenal. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are evident in every perfectly crafted pizza.
Speaking of the pizza — it is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made exactly right every single time. The ingredients are vibrant, the crust is perfectly baked, and you can tell real pride goes into each order. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both incredible food and incredible service so consistently, but this team does it effortlessly.

Fascinatingly bad experience at this MOD pizza. My wife and I had never been, and had been looking forward to seeing if it was any good. Unfortunately I think we visited this location on an off day. We ordered a Dominic and an Italian chop. The team member taking our order definitely heard it as he repeated the order to us correctly a few times. But then both items turned out to be a random mix of ingredients—wrong sauce, wrong toppings, missing items. After intervening four(!) times to read the menu to the poor guy I gave up and just decided to go with the flow. I also didn’t want him to have to make another one.
Ordering took a long time, and in some senses the food was ok. But they write these big tickets in wet red marker, then throw your hot pizza on the ticket, causing marker juice to soak into the crust. I realized mid-bite and yeah, not very appetizing. Pair that with a salad that had a giant romaine stump in it and it just feels like really thoughtlessly put together food.
Feel bad for the team member—he was polite, and maybe new. But either way, we satisfied our curiosity about MOD pizza. Not the worst. But also didn’t give us any reason to ever come back.

The staff at this location act like they would rather be anywhere else than at work. They barely acknowledge you when you enter the store and when I brought up an issue, I had with my pizza liking sausage and cheese. The girl just stared at me like I had four heads. The customer service is severely lacking. At least have a little bit of pride in your job because you know good and well you would not make your pizza how y’all are handing them out.

My experience was great. First time having MOD pizza, Our pizza maker Megan was very interactive, All the ladies that worked this afternoon were very attentive, especially the cashier. Everyone spoke upon entering the establishment. I was a little disappointed to see that the soda (no ice) dispenser and tea/juicy area was unattended, I’m guessing because it was lunchtime and quite busy. Hopefully on our next visit, they’ll be more people working. With that being said, Our pizzas were amazing!!!

What happened to this place? Pizza used to be great, toppings were always fresh and colorful. The customer service was always friendly and had a super high energy.
Today, the place is empty, the person that made our pizzas, didn’t respond to questions and seemed annoyed. I asked for salt and she added salt and pepper on my pizza, I explained I’m allergic to pepper and she tossed the pizza away and wouldn’t respond to us. Our pizzas were made with the scrappings of the bottoms of the bins. I choose no sauce because the bin looked as if it had dried out sauce. There was barely cheese on them, all other ingredients flavorless. She did not said anything to us. I still tip her. Pizzas were dry, and plain. The atmosphere was quiet, barely anyone there.

The pizza was great. I was surprised at the sizes. I was hoping for a bigger one. But it was great. I had my husband pick it up so I did not interact with staff and did not see the inside atmosphere. The outside was nice, clean, quiet.

I had a disappointing experience at MOD Pizza and won’t return to this location.
I ordered TWO pizzas with garlic cloves, green peppers and mushrooms, but NONE OF THOSE ingredients were cooked in the first attempt. When I asked for a remake, the staff (cook with uncovered Afro ) gave me an attitude. Despite a second try, the garlic and mushrooms, and green peppers were still uncooked. Pictures of the second attempt are picture in this review. Now, I have to go home and fully cook the pizza they couldn’t get right after two attempts and with attitude.
Additionally, none of the staff here wears any kind of hair protection to prevent their hair from getting in the pizza and ingredients. In my opinion both the staff and ownership of this location need an overhaul.
MOD Pizza needs to step up its game and provide better service.

Great pizza, as always at Mod. Staff was kind and courteous. But…it took 25 minutes for two pizzas (more than double the typical wait at other Mods) despite only two people in front of us when we arrived.
