Five guys is a great place for burgers! They are fresh and made to order. I recommend the little bacon burger and bacon burger. Their bacon is wonderfully crisp.

Personal preference… I don’t like American cheese, so when I get home, I melt cheddar on my burger. If you like American cheese, the little bacon cheeseburger is the way to go.
The fries are different from other restaurants and fast food. They’re not super crispy, but they are oh so good.
While you wait for your burger to be cooked, you can enjoy peanuts, yum.

How is a cheese hot dog $10? The prices were really high for what it was. The fries were fried in peanut oil, and although it’s real food, it was very salty. I don’t see the appeal of five guys when there is in and out down the street.

Got the food in a pretty fast time. I like the lady in the back working by the pick up área. She was very very polite and often times people working in fast food are miserable. She smiled big and I thanked her. She told me no, thank you. I hope you have a great day. Now thats what you call service.

The service here is horrible I ordered for for and my coworker and we ordered a large fries and was given this. I was told by the employees that is the correct amount of fries for a large. A large is 8 dollars and the cup isn’t even full. So I submitted and complaint and the gm told me to come in and they will give me a free meal to compensate. So a few days later I go to get the free meal and showed the employee the email and she tell me that idk that we do and asked me to pay for the food. Even though I have an email from her GM saying the food was supposed to be free. Horrible service and horrible communication.

Five Guys Burgers falls incredibly short of its reputation with dry, flavorless patties that leave much to be desired. The disappointment doesn’t end there; their fries, often a beacon of hope in the realm of fast-food, arrive extremely burnt, with an off-putting dark oil coating that screams neglect. The overall appearance of the fries matches the lackluster taste, making the entire experience unappetizing from the get-go. What truly adds insult to injury is the exorbitant pricing for these subpar offerings. The value for what you receive feels like a punch to the wallet, leaving customers wondering if there was a mix-up at the cash register.

For those seeking a satisfying burger experience, Five Guys Burgers is a place best avoided. The dryness of their patties is almost legendary in its disappointment, lacking any juiciness or flavor that one would expect from a burger joint. Pair this with the sorry state of their fries—charred to a crisp with an unappetizing appearance—and you have a recipe for dining disaster. It’s a shame that such steep prices accompany such lackluster quality, leaving customers feeling cheated out of a satisfying meal.

In a world filled with delicious burger options at varying price points, Five Guys Burgers falls flat on both quality and value. With dry, tasteless patties, burnt-to-a-crisp fries, and prices that border on the absurd for what is served, it’s a wonder this chain continues to draw customers. Save your money and taste buds by opting for one of the many other burger joints that offer better quality and a more enjoyable dining experience. Five Guys may have its fans, but for discerning burger enthusiasts, it’s an establishment that should be approached with caution—or better yet, avoided altogether.

Five Guys delivers exactly what you expect—fresh, juicy burgers made to order and loaded with toppings just the way you like them. The fries are generous, hot, and perfectly seasoned, and the free peanuts are a fun bonus while you wait. The staff work quickly and keep things friendly, and the open kitchen setup makes it clear your food is cooked fresh. Portions are more than satisfying, and the quality is consistent every visit. A great spot for a classic, no-frills burger done right.

Came to this restaurant, called five guys burgers and fries today from Santa Clara and the food was OK for the price. It seemed a little too much. I would probably go again but not for a while

I think the most delicious hamburger I’ve ever eaten in my life was here. Eating peanuts while waiting for the hamburger is the most classic ritual 🙂 The hamburger did not come very quickly, but the wait was delicious. The fries were also very good, even a little different. The only problem was there was no mayonnaise 🙁

This is the first time at this Five Guys. I usually go to the one on Prospect and Saratoga. I got to say this place is also very well run with friendly employees. The services is super fast as always and the food in my opinion is excellent.
