Ordered from the drive thru. Was given someone else’s order. They realized that fast and asked me to pull around. I was then given a bag that was missing part of my order. I also asked for 2 sides of sour cream (pics shown). At this point, I walked in the store. I explained to the drive thru worker the issue and showed her how much sour cream was in the cup. She calls out for my order. The store manager was working the line, asked her what happened and she told her. The manager says loudly (to the staff worker but for me to hear) “one squirt is all you get”. Mrs Rude Thing, $1.60 for sour cream! No fix it. I stood there waiting, about 5 mins, silently. Finally a young staff worker corrected my order and was pleasant. One given for that one worker that was attentive and caring! Manager shouldn’t work anywhere in customer service.

Good as far as Taco Bells go. The Pepsi products, like all Taco Bells, are always on point. The service is fairly good for a fast food restaurant. The drive-thru usually moves fast. The food typically comes out fresh which is a plus, although there have been some discrepancies in portion allotment from time to time.

Rude. That’s what you describe an entire team where all of them looks you dead in the eye multiple times while you’re standing next to your $50 to go bag and ignores you because wrapping a burrito is more important. No acknowledgement acted like I was invisible. So I sat there for 5 minutes until someone walked in front of me, so I could ask for my two drinks, which were on my receipt. Thanks the the $50 bag of cold food. You won’t get my return business.

Horrible Taco Bell location around, employees smoking outside with wait line more than 20 cars in drive thru. This store management should consider checking what’s happening big hassle always at this location. Don’t stop here if you want real fast food from drive thru. Hassle Hassle waited 90 minutes and finally they closed with no food.
