Helped take out my order to my car when I had my walker with me. Quick timing with a big order, I expected to wait way longer! Don’t come everyday anymore, but got treated like an old friend when I came in. (Coffee and donuts were very yum too). Very appreciative 🙂

As a big fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, I was excited to find out one was opening up right here in Cottage Grove. It’s also within a walkable distance from my apartment, which is pretty dangerous considering I frequent this location multiple times during the week. I have nothing but positive things to say about this location. Food is always hot and fresh, and the staff is great. I also appreciate the complimentary donuts you’ve given me from time to time!

If you want hair with a side of food, I’d recommend getting food here!
On a serious note, if you care about your health/safety, I’d recommend not ordering at this location! I vomit every time I see this image. (Zoom into the back of the bag). I genuinely have no idea how THAT MUCH hair could’ve ended up in my food.
When I went inside and asked for them to remake it, the lady at the counter had a disgusting attitude as if I should’ve been grateful for hair in my damn food. You’re better off going to the caribou across the street! What a waste of $7!

Worst donut selection of any donut shop I’ve ever been. I grew up eating DD in Brooklyn, NY. The DD’s there are stocked. This DD no good. I will not be going back.

There was this caucasian boy with glasses who was working there and already had an attitude when I went to order. Then I ordered my food and it was NOTHING what I ordered. Just seemed like he didn’t care to work there. He was just there to collect a check. It’s not hard to mess up an order as I’ve worked there

Since moving back to the area, I am so glad to have DD so close. Delicious donuts, coffee and food. Though what brought me to write a review was the employees, especially Sam! It was super thoughtful of Sam to remember my favorite donut! She’s got a great attitude and excellent customer service with a smile. That goes for all the employees I’ve seen working there as well.

The Dunkin’ Donuts in Cottage Grove is truly a gem! Logan, the manager, deserves a special shoutout—he is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. He always greets customers with a smile, remembers names and orders, and makes every visit feel personal.
The rest of the team is just as wonderful—everyone is friendly, efficient, and keeps things moving smoothly even during the busiest times. You can tell they care about providing great service.
As for the food, the donuts are always fresh and the bagels are absolutely delicious—my go-to! I haven’t ordered drinks here yet, but based on everything else, I’m sure they’d be great too.

This was my first time going to Dunkin Donuts we ordered breakfast and drinks for my family around 10:30. They seemed understaffed but the employees were very nice and apologetic. In midst of a line I was still greeted and welcomed in along with my larger order out quickly. The girl who helped me was friendly I will be coming back.
